There will be a review of Association finances, a discussion of past and future projects, a question and answer period and our Executive Board will be elected. If you cannot attend but wish to be a part of the SaltAire Board, nomination papers will be in the Office. We hope to see you there! SaltAire has always been a self- governing community. This certainly helps keep costs down, as an outside manager could easily cost us $20,000 to $30,000 a year. It also ensures that we are run by people who personally care about the future and well-being of our community. In these busy times, it is tempting to “let someone else do it” but things change and SaltAire’s future depends on your cooperation and participation. We encourage everyone to attend our Annual Meeting and look for ways to contribute. Preparing for a new season at SaltAire is always exciting – a great time to get rid of the old and bring in the new. But it is important that everyone disposes of “the old” properly! SPEED  LIMIT  REMINDER!  The  speed  limit  is  5  MPH.  There  are  many  children  in  

our  community,  so  please  use  caution.  

 

WiFi Network Information

The Network is SaltAire and the password is LongSands333 This WiFi service is for email and accessing the internet only, not for streaming movies or videos as there is

not enough bandwidth. If you need a more powerful connection, you must purchase your own hotspot or set up a private internet

account.

ANNUAL SALTAIRE WALK-THRU

Many of our units are quite old. To keep our community attractive, it is important that we all keep our properties in good condition. If your unit needs some sprucing up, please do this as soon as possible. In June, members of the

Executive Board will do our annual walk-thru to identify problem areas. If your unit is found to need attention, you will receive a letter specifying what needs to be done. There will be reasonable deadlines, but if the repairs are not

taken care of, the Association will have the work done at the owner’s expense or the owner will be fined. We certainly want to avoid this, so please work with us to keep SaltAire a beautiful place to live!

NEW LAWN CARE COMPANY

We have hired a new lawn care company, Mark’s Organic Landscaping. To avoid

damage with skirting, they have been instructed to weed-whack only within 6

inches of the units. There will be a weed-whacker in the shed for members’ use if

needed. Please be courteous and direct any feedback to the Executive Board.
