Sanskrit is the most ancient language known to humanity. The rules of grammar of Sanskrit are most

scientific and some also claim that it will be the language of the 22nd century.

To learn this language in structured form, we have divided the module into three parts, Basic,

Intermediate and Advanced Levels. After each level, one has to sit for a test to prove their proficiency

in the language. After successful completion of the course, the students will be awarded a certificate

by the Guru. The classes will be held online.

Any one is eligible to take the beginner’s level course. Every student would be required to create a

skype id and provide that to the Guru.

Dr. Anirban Dash (PhD, University of Pune, 2004) is a specialist in classical Sanskrit grammar. His

research interests include the philosophy of grammar (Bhartrhari), Buddhist Sanskrit stotras and

paleography. He has great experience in reading ancient manuscripts in a variety of scripts, such as

Brahmi, khoroshti, Sharada, Grantha and Newari. His articles have appeared in numerous journals,

including Language in India (Bloomington) and Kirtirakshan (National Mission for Manuscripts, New

Delhi). He is currently a lecturer at the Central University of Tibetan Studies, Sarnath, Varanasi.
