Public Health Announcement

The Noro Virus is spreading quickly throughout Ontario. The symptoms are nausea, vomiting and severe diarrhea. This can come on quickly and can last up to 3 days.

The best protection from catching this virus is by washing your hands with soap and water frequently during the day, particularly before eating and after using the washroom.

Like any other cold/flu bug, it is best to have a good defense so you don’t catch it in the first place.
