Announcement of Distributing Products of Suzuki Warper & Kaji Seisakusho

T-Tech Japan Corp. have entered an agreement to sell the products by SUZUKI

WARPER LTD. (Kiryu City, Gunma Pref, Japan) and Kaji Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (Kahoku

City, Ishikawa Pref.) Selling their peripheral devices in addition to the T-Tech Japan

brand preparatory machinery creates a competitive product lineup. Japanese

manufacturers join hands to supply users with high performance textile machinery.

Products by Each Company

1. Suzuki Warper

A semi-automatic sectional warper is being developed and is scheduled to go on sale

shortly in addition to the fully-automatic sectional warper, ROBO-WARPER (Picture).

These sectional warpers are the best for small batch production of various fabric

styles.

2. Kaji Seisakusho

1) Sectional Warping Machine NSW-5 for small batch production

This new warper is best for warping for small lots of various styles with short

cycles. It can correspond to warping a small to a middle-sized batch. The

warper’s beams can be mounted on supply stands for a sizing machine

without further process.

2) Uni-Sizer KS-7

The Uni-Sizer KS-7 is a one-thread sizing machine common for spun & filament

yarns. It lays fluff down, enhances strength, and maintains elongation.

3) SRW rewinder (Pirn winder)

Combined with a double twister, the SRW rewinder contributes to higher

productivity, higher quality, and energy conservation.

It rewinds yarns on large-diameter pirns, cheeses, or cones into the optimum

yarn supply pirns.
