JMT Angle RollsProfile Bending MachinesRobust machine frame is constructed of rugged steel, machined after welding for rigidity.

All welds are stress relieved prior to machining.

Precision bearings and large shaft diameters minimize deflection for precise bending.

Machines are ensured a long life due to their strong frame and world-class hydraulic and electrical components.

Short cycle times are achieved by high torque drive system and machine speed.

Straight edge is minimized by close roll stance, powerful guide rolls and hydraulic adjustments.

Flat spots are minimized due to closer roll stance.

Low energy and maintenance costs by friction-free planetary swing guides.

JMT motorized profile bending machines are an economical solution for light fabrication.

The two bottom rolls are stationary and the top roll is manually adjusted using the crank bar.

This series of machines works with a wide variety of stock materials making it the ideal choice for fab shops that manufacture different types of parts.

For moderate to heavy fabrication needs, JMT hydraulic profile bending machines are easier to use, more powerful and more accurate than the motorized rolls. In this series, the top roll is stationary and the two bottom rolls move. All movements are hydraulically powered. Adjusting the machine is as easy as pushing a button.

The hydraulic controls provide superior accuracy for precision fabrication.

PBH angle rolls can be positioned for use vertically (as shown) or horizontally.

There are a variety of options available with the PBH series that make it easier to bend bigger profiles.
