MOZZARELLA CARROZZAO The name means mozzarella in a carriage.

The carriage is the bread. This dish is easy to make.O Some serve this dish with a side of tomato

sauce to dip the mozzarella carrozza. I love it just like that with all the mozzarella melted.O My daughter has loved this dish since she was

a little girl.

PASTA FAGIOLI (WHITE BEAN SOUP)O When my cousin Marylou makes this dish, it

draws a crowd. I love pasta Fagioli with a bag or box of small mix macaroni or broken spaghetti. This dish is made all year long in Marylous house. We love it.

MY COUSIN CHRISSYS MACARONI PIEO This is a fast and easy dish to make.

O When making macaroni pie you can use fresh

or leftover spaghetti. When you save any macaroni, always add a little olive oil and mix in a bowl so it doesnt stick. Keep it in the refrigerator no more than 2 days.O Christys macaroni pie is just like her mom and

her grandmas. She cooks old-school.
