We are now in the Season of Easter which begins 16 April to 3 June 2017 in the Christian Calendar. Eastertide begins on Easter Sunday and Christ the living God is emphasized. It is a season of celebration, revolving around the resurrection and ascension of Christ. Ascension Day is 40 days after Easter. The liturgical colour of this season is Purple, symbolising purity and celebration. Thus the colour of our Bulletin.

10. MARRIAGE PREPARATION COURSE 2017

The inaugural Alpha Marriage Preparation Course - a requirement if you are an engaged couple who would like your wedding to be solemnised by our Pastors in late 2017 or 2018 - will be conducted in August-September 2017.

Details are as follows:-

Venue: AMKMC premises (King David Room & Amstutz Hall) Time: 9.00am-4.00pm over 2 Saturdays - 19 August & 2 September

Fees: $50/- per couple for workbooks, lunches & tea breaks (to be paid upon course commencement only)

The Alpha Marriage Preparation Course is a DVD-based series facilitated by Nicky and Sila Lee, co-authors of The Marriage Book and church leaders at Holy Trinity Brompton, London. It will cover 5 topics:-

Communication (Saturday, 19 August) Commitment (Saturday, 19 August) Resolving Conflict (Saturday, 19 August) Keeping Love Alive (Saturday, 2 September) Shared Goals & Values (Saturday, 2 September)
