Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan(PMGDISHA) Cont’d
Eligibility Criteria : Age Group :14-60 years, IT illiterate, one person per household (Beneficiaryidentification through Aadhaar/eKYC). Preference would be given to SC, ST, BPL, Minorities,women and differently-abled persons.
Training : Conducted by Common Service Centres (CSCs),Training Partners (1950+) affiliatedwith CSC-SPV
Course Duration :20 Hours (minimum 10 Days and maximum 30 Days)
The cost per beneficiary : Training Fee : Rs. 300/- , Certification Fee : Rs. 70/-
Examination/Certification Agencies : At present 5 National Agencies viz. National Institute ofElectronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), ICTAcademy of Tamilnadu (ICTACT), Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL), TheNational Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) ; Moreagencies would be added as per prescribed norms.

• Curriculum developed in 2014 in consultation with UNESCO, NASSCOM, Intel, IGNOU, NIELIT, NationalInstitute of Open Schooling (NIOS),Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), IT for Change, OpenKnowledge Network India, Digital Empowerment Foundation- 2 More sub modules on Digital Paymentadded.
• Content available in 22 Scheduled Languages. An App would be made available for content delivery

For Taking the Digital Literacy Programs to the next levels we are
implementing the CSC Academies concept
Through this we are offering well equipped computer labs for students to
get trained on professional International computer courses at in their
Locality only
So far we established 312 CSC Academies in our state.
Especially during the COVID 19 Pandemic, our CSC Academies acted as
bridge between Students and their teacher for the online classes.
STREE SWABHIMAAN
Through the Initiative Stree Swabhimaan we are creating the awareness on
menstrual hygiene and importance of using Sanitary Napkins
We have Established 25 Sanitary napkin Units in our state as of now withour
women VLEs
Every Month they are distributing 100 Sanitary Napkin Units at free of cost for
the school girls in the Government schools nearby them
BHARATH NET – WIFI CHOUPAL
Through Bharath Net – WiFi Choupal Project we are providing hight Speed
Internet Connectivity to each and every GP with the motive of reach the not
reachable areas.
We are providing FTTH connections to all the Government institutions and
offices. We are extending 5 FTTH connections in every GP's for free
Especially during the COVID 19 Pandemic, we are providing internet to most
of the employees who are working from home.

BANKING - DIGIPAY
Through Banking CSPs we are delivering banking services to the last
mile grassroot level villages.
We have 1000+ CSC BC CSPs in our state successfully delivering
banking services.
Through Digipay – AePS (Aadhaar enabled Payment System) we are
delivering Pensions, NRGEA Payments, Delivering Door-step Banking
services to the bed-ridden patients and all.

an Insurance Policy with a client on
behalf of the insurance companies.
ECONOMIC CENSUS SURVEY
The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MOSPI) is sponsoring the 7th
Economic Census work and it has been assigned to CSC e-Governance Services
India Ltd. (CSC SPV has been set up by the Ministry of Electronics & IT under the
Companies Act, 1956 to oversee implementation of the CSC scheme.

AADHAAR
We are setting up Aadhaar Seva Kendras in all the 13 Districts of Andhra Pradesh
through which we are delivering the Aadhaar Services to the citizens
So far we established our First Aadhaar Seva Kendra in ARAKU Valley Tribal Area in
Visakhapatnam District.
A mobile Aadhaar Seva Kendra is running in Paderu tribal Location of
Visakhapatnam District, where we are delivering Aadhaar Services to the Door Steps
of Citizens
We are establishing 8 ASKs in the District head Quarters AP

2. Update Client Lite Centres (UCLs)
We are setting up Aadhaar Update Client Lite Centres (UCLs) in all the
Active CSCs centres who are delivering banking services to Citizens.
So far, we established 55 Update Client Lite Centres (UCLs) in our state.
We are aiming to setup 400 Update Client Lite Centres (UCLs) in our state
by November,2020.
AADHAAR
With the collaboration of Directorate of Public health and Family
Welfare we are working on Shishu Aadhaar Project
Through this project we are facilitating Aadhaar identity for the new born babies at
each and every registered hospital across the Andhra Pradesh state
We have 441 VLEs working under this project across the state and we
have facilitated 2.3 Lakhs new born babies with Aadhaar Identity with
in the Span of 2 Years
Through this we felicitated around 7 Lakhs Citizens with Mobile
number/Email Updates for different state level government schemes.

31548 Farmers are enrolled under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan

82971 Pradhan Mantri Samman Nidhi Yojana registrations done in 2020
In the both Cropping Seasons of 2019 year we insured 15 Lakhs Farmers under
Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bhima Yojana
672511 farmers of our state are facilitated with Kisan Credit Cards
CSCs Good Work to the Society
APRTA Learning License Melas at Grass root Village Level: We have Conducted
around 5000 LLR Camps and facilitated around 30 Thousand Citizens from 7000
Villages with Learning license and Driving license.
Jeevan Praman Life Certificates facilitated to many old-aged people at their
door-steps, even they are bed-ridden our VLEs went to their homes and
provided the services
We did necessary Aadhaar updates for the aged people by conducting
Aadhaar Camps with the Association of SERP.
Disbursement of Money through the Digipay Aadhaar Enabled Payment System
to the Citizens at their doorsteps.
Especially, During the COVID 19 Pandemic our VLEs distributed food, Groceries
and Vegetables to the Needy and emerged as CSC CORONA WARRIORS
