How has a country as small as Greece, with a total population of just 11 million, managed to contaminate the whole of the rest of Europe? Today, as the Greek ‘remedy’ starts being applied to the rest of Europe, it is increasingly fascinating to analyse the current phenomena in the light of history (1930 to the present) and understand how one of the European Union’s member-countries reached a state of bankruptcy of such magnitude. The (hi)story is recounted through the eyes of a historian searching for the truth with his anarchist assistant. A hybrid film by the director of “Mustafa’s Sweet Dreams” - Berlinale 2013.
