Introduction

Rev 12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: 2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. 3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. 5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

Thank you for taking the time to read this book. I believe that the information that you will find in this document will reveal to you many of God’s mysteries that have been hidden in his Word. In the book of Daniel in the Tanakh, or Old Testament, Gabriel told Daniel that the words of the prophecies given to Daniel are closed up and sealed, until the time of the end. That time has now arrived and God has begun to reveal these mysteries to his Church, of which Daniel desired a deeper understanding.

Dan 12:9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

I have been studying prophecy for more than 25 years and one of the intriguing passages in God’s Word, is the vision given to John in Revelation 12. It is a yet future prophecy, but with very little time left before its fulfilment at the time of writing this document. Little did I know the depth of the revelation that would be revealed to me when I set out to investigate this in more detail. I believe, as I will also demonstrate, that what we have before us is something incredible, probably one of the most significant periods of time that will change the course of life on earth as we know it now and issue in a fearful and terrible dispensation for the world and those who will be dwelling on the earth.

If you have given your life to the Lord Jesus, you have nothing to fear, for you will be viewing these events from a different vantage point, filled with joy and peace in the presence of our Lord and Saviour. If you belong to the nation of Israel, or have not considered giving your life to Yeshuah, the One that created you and who dearly loves you, I urge you to consider reading the Bible and to see whether the statements made in this study is in fact true. Also, if you belong to the nation of Israel, please compare what is written in the Bible to what has been written and prophesied in the Tanakh and find out for yourself whether what is said is true or not. Do not blindly accept my, or anybody else’s opinion on issues that could have an eternal impact on your soul, without investigating it for yourself. Also, if you are Jewish, remember that the entire New Testament was written by people of the nation Israel and this portion of God’s Word to the world, was also inspired by God, letter-for-letter precisely in the same manner as the Tanakh, and this can be proven scientifically. I believe that when you bring the Old and New Testament together, you unlock the secrets hidden by God in both and the Word of God becomes alive before your eyes and within your spirit.

Pro_25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.

In the Beginning

The focus of this study concerns the vision of the “Great Wonder” of Revelation 12 that John received from Jesus Christ on the Island of Patmos when he wrote the Book of Revelation. We will specifically consider how this vision relates to our world today and the times that we live in as well as how this fits into history and how both the Old and New Testaments focus on this time period. We will consider the symbolism that is mentioned in this passage as well as the literal aspects of celestial bodies in the heavens that has only been revealed to us through technology, recently available to us. We will also examine the following aspects: The importance and purpose of this sign, the timing of the sign and how other prophecies and the Jewish Feasts (also, known as The Lord’s Feasts) relate to this event and provide more insight. Finally, we will consider some of the implications for those living at the time when this sign occurs.

If you believe that God inspired his Word and kept it unchanged over the course of history and also believe that his Word is the Truth (if not, you are welcome to download my e-book: “Factual Faith – Belief Founded on Truth” to see why God’s Word, The Bible that includes both Old and New Testaments, can be trusted with 100% confidence. Please download the e-book from this Link), you will know that God created the sun and the moon with very specific purposes stated in Genesis 1. Firstly, the sun and the moon were created to divide day from night, but strangely enough this is not stated as being their primary purpose. What is in fact stated in the passage below, indicates that the primary purpose assigned to the celestial bodies is to act as God’s timepiece in signalling and marking God’s appointed times according to Genesis 1:14:

And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

The function of establishing days and years, as can be seen above, only comes as a secondary attribute. In Hebrew, the words for signs and seasons are translated as “markers” or “signals” that point to God’s “mo’edim” or “appointed times” or “scheduled visitations”, also described in the Bible as holy convocations or holy assemblies that are to be kept by Israel as a nation, perpetually.

As we continue, it is of paramount importance to know and keep in mind, that God has set the heavens in motion like an alarm clock to sound an alarm at specific points in times. God does this by using unusual celestial alignments that can be observed from earth to mark a specific time. This was built into the fabric of the universe for man to observe from earth’s perspective. These appointed times are also described in finer detail in the Book of Leviticus and are given in the following order:

1. Passover – Lev 23:5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD'S passover. (Nisan 14-15)

2. Unleavened Bread - Lev 23:6 And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread. (Nisan 15-22)

3. First Fruits - Lev 23:11 And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it. (Nisan 16-17)

5

4. Pentecost - Lev 23:15 And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete: 16 Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD. (Sivan 6-7)

5. Trumpets - Lev 23:24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

6. Atonement - Lev 23:27 Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD. (Tishri 10)

7. Tabernacles - Lev 23:34 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto the LORD. (Tishri 15)

For those who study eschatology, “The Feasts of the Lord” is a well known and understood subject with lots of information and commentaries available in bookstores and on the Internet. I will refer to these and how they relate to the nation of Israel and their Messiah, where it will provide additional insight in expounding on the sign of Revelation 12.

Combining the knowledge of the primary purpose of celestial bodies, that mark out special days that have been set out by our Creator and the knowledge of what these days are and on what dates they occur, immediately affects the way in which we approach the sign given in Revelation 12. It should immediately put an emphasis on the importance of this sign, as it is the only detailed description of a specific celestial alignment that is provided in God’s Word. This is the first key to unlocking the first mystery.

When we now read what John writes in Revelation 12 and apply the knowledge gained in Genesis and Leviticus, our perspective of the sign should immediately have us asking new questions that we may not have considered before. There are three questions that immediately come to my mind. The first is:

“Is the sign of the woman in travail in Revelation 12 just symbolic, or does it in fact have a physical form in the heavens as well?”

Secondly:

“If the sign has a literal application does it also match a date for one of God’s appointed times?”

Thirdly:

“If this is an important marker given by God to point out a special appointed time, does it point to a specific Feast Day?”

The answer to all three questions is “YES”. For me this was an incredible discovery and it is now obvious to me that this elaborate sign is pointing to and marking a very special appointed time set out by God that He has allowed us to uncover. This discovery happened just in time, so that those who look forward to exchanging the temporary with the glory promised by God in his Word, would

6

be in the privileged position to see the preceding signs, that will point to our Lord Yeshuah’s imminent return occur, just as Jesus prophesied in Matthew 24.

God has also shown us in his Word and through heavenly signs who Israel’s true Messiah is. The Old Testament was given to prepare Israel and the world for their Messiah’s first arrival, while the New Testament recorded his first arrival and prepares Israel and the world for his second coming. What is also interesting to consider is that the Old Testament describes Israel’s Messiah as having two forms. One is that of a suffering servant and the second is that of a Righteous Ruler known as the King of kings and Lord of lords. The suffering servant is described in length in Isaiah 53, where his suffering as God’s Lamb to the slaughter on behalf of the world is described. This is in stark contrast to passages such as:

Deu 10:17 For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward: Psa_2:9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Rev_19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

From these passages, many of Israel’s rabbis and leaders came to the conclusion that there are in fact two Messiahs. The one Messiah after Josef, who was a type of a suffering servant as found in Isaiah 53 - suffering on behalf of his people. Then there is the Messiah after David who is a fierce conquering king, who will rule the nations with a rod of iron. These aspects will also be important to keep in mind when we look at the timing of the Feasts of the Lord and their fulfilment as well as the purpose of the visitations by Israel’s Messiah. From Israel’s perspective, they were never open to accept the Suffering Servant as their Messiah, and has always been looking toward the arrival of the conquering King who will bring them victory and peace in this world. As a result, Israel did not recognise the signs and the prophecies given to them by God himself and the prophets in the Old Testament. They did not recognise the Suffering Servant who gave up his position as Creator of all to become a man who would live without sin and take God’s entire wrath upon him on our behalf, as God’s Lamb to the slaughter. He did this out of love for us, so that we, through faith in him, could be restored to the relationship that God had with man in the Garden of Eden, before sin entered the world. As the suffering Messiah, Jesus, whose Hebrew name is Yeshuah, firstly came to earth about 2,000 years ago, as the spotless and perfect Passover Lamb of God - to take the sins of the world upon him and to suffer God’s punishment that was intended for us. By doing this He rectified the relationship between a lost and sinful world and a holy God.

In the second instance Yeshuah will return to rectify the relationship with Israel, that was put on hold for 2 millennia since his first visit to earth and to rule over the earth for the next 1,000 years. God will also remove Israel’s blindness and those who are saved through the Great Tribulation will live as God’s people in the way that God intended, from the foundation of the earth. In both visitations,

7

God uses the Feast Days combined with very unique and specific celestial events to announce to Israel their Messiah’s appointments with Israel, through the Feasts that were given in Leviticus 23.

8

Mysteries Revealed

At this point, suffice to say that we have uncovered three very important aspects: Firstly, that the appointed times that were mentioned in Genesis 1:14 and then described and fleshed out in Leviticus 23, are specific appointments set out by God for fulfilment at some point in time. Secondly, the appointed times involve Israel and their Messiah who fulfils the appointments set out in Leviticus 23. Thirdly, these events are said to be marked by celestial markers.

In the same chapter, Israel was told to keep these special appointments as holy days on a perpetual basis so that they would be in a position to recognize their fulfilment when the appointed time finally arrived. It is also important to keep in mind that these appointments were given using a lunar calendar and that Israel still uses a lunar calendar today.

So what do we know about the sign of Revelation 12 as it is described in God’s Word?

Firstly, it is the only celestial marker that is described in so much detail in all of God’s Word. Another very important aspect is that the first reference to the Revelation 12 sign occurs very early on in God’s Word and is mentioned as early as in Genesis 3 where the main symbols used are already described. The Woman, The Woman’s Seed and the Red Dragon were put in place and mentioned in response to Satan’s deception of Adam and Eve in Genesis 3:15-16, right after Adam and Eve sinned. This is then highlighted further by taking the place as the very first prophecy given in God’s Word:

Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. 16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

In these two verses we see God mentioning “The Woman” and how Satan would relate to her and her Seed. The woman is giving birth to a Seed and it is said that the conception and labour will be multiplied and sorrowful. This is also very important as the sign in Revelation 12 contains the exact same symbolism and antagonistic description between the Seed of the Woman and the great Red Dragon as given in Genesis. The only difference is that the sign in Revelation 12 contains additional attributes to provide the reader with the identity of the woman.

So who is God referring to in Genesis 3:15 and who exactly are the actors that are described? In Genesis, we know that God was speaking to Satan, Adam and Eve. The first words of Genesis 3:15 are directed at Satan where he is told that God would put enmity between him and the woman. If the reader then questioned the identity of the great Red Dragon mentioned in Revelation 12, a detailed clarification is provided to avoid any confusion just a few verses later:

Rev_12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The fact that the verse above points directly back to “that old serpent” highlights the connection between the sign in Revelation and the first prophecy given by God in Genesis. So from this verse it is

9

clear that the Red Dragon represents Satan which is directly identified by God’s Word. No further questions about it.

When it comes to the woman, we see in Genesis 3 no clarifying detail other than that this woman has a Seed and that she would have sorrow in conception and childbirth and that there would be a hostile relationship between her offspring and the offspring of Satan. The Revelation 12 sign adds some attributes namely the sun, the moon and 12 stars, when describing the woman and fortunately, when we study God’s Word, we can clearly see who it is that the woman represents and who God intended this prophecy for in Genesis 3:15. The first clue given on the identity of the woman in Revelation 12 and who this symbolically represents is found in Genesis 37 where Josef announced his dream to his parents and brothers:

Gen_37:9 And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me.

Here it is clear that the sun the moon and twelve stars (eleven stars are Josef’s brothers) are symbolically representative of the family of Jacob, also known as Israel. We also know from other chapters in God’s Word that Israel’s Messiah which is called the Seed of the woman, (also indicating a virgin birth) will be born from the nation of Israel when God spoke to Abraham – the father of Israel. God told Abraham that the entire world would be blessed through his Seed (one only, not many seeds) – the same Seed that is mentioned in Genesis 3:15

Gen_22:18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.

The virgin birth is also described in the following two passages

Isa_7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. Luk 1:27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary. 28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. 29 And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. 30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. 31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. 32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: 33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. 34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? 35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

We know from genealogies found in the New Testament that Mary was of “the house of Israel” and the Messiah was born out of her as an individual, but the Messiah also came out of the nation of Israel as a collective. Mary was a virgin at the time that she conceived the Seed. In addition to this, Israel is also called a woman in several prophetic books in the Bible and specifically a woman in travail, as shown below:

10

Isa 26:17 Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O LORD. Jer_6:2 I have likened the daughter of Zion to a comely and delicate woman. Mic_4:10 Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail: for now shalt thou go forth out of the city, and thou shalt dwell in the field, and thou shalt go even to Babylon; there shalt thou be delivered; there the LORD shall redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.

From the brief discussion above, it should be abundantly evident that the symbolism incorporated in Revelation 12, and expounded on in other passages of God’s Word, specifically assigns the identity of the “woman in travail” to Israel, represented by the woman in labour that is clothed by the sun the moon and the twelve stars. The Child that is then born of the woman represents Israel’s Messiah, which is born out of Israel, who will be ruling the nations with a rod of iron, which is a yet future prophecy. Satan is then clearly defined as the Red Dragon.

Traditionally and for most of history, the interpretation of the sign in Revelation 12 was predominantly understood to be symbolic only and given the symbolism provided, it is a very valid interpretation. However, a symbolic interpretation is not the only possible application available as recent technology has allowed us to carefully study the heavens and the position of celestial objects at times in the past and also into the future. It is therefore very interesting to note that the sign of Revelation 12 has a very rare and unique physical match in a celestial alignment to match the description given in Revelation 12. This starts in November of 2016 and ends on September 23rd, 2017. What is further amazing is that this sign, as described by John, only occurs once throughout all of earth’s history.

Making use of Stellarium - astronomy software that is freely available online, it is possible to the positional alignment of celestial objthe Virgo constellation – representing November 20th 2016. The complete sign, as described by John in Revelation 12 is then fulfilled on September 23when Virgo, or the woman, is clothed with the sun, has moon at her feet as shown in the

You will note that the twelve stars at her head is made up of the 9 stars in the constellation Leo as well as Mercury, Mars and Venus whose addition add up to twelve.Regulus and a number of interesting conjunctions between these planets and Regulus also occur during the time of the pregnancy.

This is the only time in all of earth’s history that one can find a situation where the King of the planets enters the constellation Virgo’s abdomen and remains there, through a retrograde motion, for a period of human gestation which is then followed by the sun clothing the constellation, the moon at her feet and twelve stars at her head. This is indeed a very unique sequence of alignments in this procession as described by John in Revelation 12. The fact that this important sign, given by God to show us the times that we live in, can be tracked over a period of just over 9 months, reminds us of the mercy and grace that have been poured out upon us by our God: If you doubt God’s Word, I invite you to watch this play out and see how God’s Word is absolutely reliable and to make the right choice in giving your life to the Lord Yeshuah before the alignment shown above is reached.

Something that is obviously missing from these images is the celestial object that represents the Great Red Dragon also known as Nibiru, but according to God’s Word we know where to look for it and know where it will be located at the time that Jupiter is birthed from Virgo. Even though this celestial body may be missing from the software, we know that God has hidden this information long ago in his Word and that it will appear at the time appointed for it. Just as we know that all the other celestial objects are found to have a physical match at the time when this sign occurs, we also know that the Red Dragon will show up based on God’s unfailing Word.

Here is another amazing revelation: Around the time of Jupiter’s birth from Virgo, the object known as the Great Red Dragon will obscure or eclipse Jupiter and Jupiter will most likely disappear from view.

Rev12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

Let us shift our focus to the Great Red Dragon for a minute: If you believe that the elusive object known as Nibiru or Planet X is just a subject for conspiracy theorists, please consider the following: We know from secular media that NASA discovered a rogue planet with particular attributes through their IRAS satellite in 1983. This was reported in the Washington Post and the news article is posted below:

14

Another press release by NASA in 1992 – 9 years later – found its way out to the public in which the writer stated the following:

“Unexplained deviations in the orbits of Uranus and Neptune point to a large outer solar system body of 4 to 8 Earth masses on a highly tilted orbit, beyond 7 billion miles from the Sun.” (NASA Press Release, 1992)

However, this press release was subsequently removed from NASA’s website and is still missing from the archives with NASA posting the following excuse on their website:

Editor's note: This archive is missing some press releases from 1990 through 1994, though the archive ostensibly links to those files. We are working to resolve the problem and apologize for the inconvenience.

NASA has now been working on this problem for more than two decades and still have not been able to bring back those missing press releases. If I was a NASA astronaut, I would be concerned about the organization’s IT capabilities or ask the questions of why they have purposefully retracted this information and why they want to hide this information from the public, given that this was once public knowledge.

Whatever the reason, we know that God has also written this missing information into his Word and tells us clearly in Revelation 12 where the rogue planet (Nibiru) will be positioned at the time when the “Great Wonder” concludes. The effect of this celestial body obscuring or eclipsing Jupiter should then occur between September 8th and September 23rd of 2017.

15

What should also be concerning, based on the fact that we see a physical application of the narrative is the mention of “stars” that are drawn in the Red Dragon’s tail and that these are said to be cast onto the earth:

Rev12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

Just as we see an actual physical representation of the Woman, the Seed and the Red Dragon in the heavens, we can know that the “stars” that will be caught in the tail of this celestial object will cross paths with earth, sometime after September 2017. We also see this confirmed in prophecies of large asteroids/meteors that will hit the earth in other chapters of Revelation:

Rev 6:13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. Rev 8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up. 8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; 9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed. 10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; 11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

Even if the existence of Nibiru is only known to the powers that be and seeing how they are purposefully trying to obscure the knowledge of its existence from the general public because of the world-wide panic that it would cause if the world knew that this object would be crossing paths with earth, our God has created the universe and knows everything about it. He has also revealed this knowledge to his children so that they can know the times that they live in, by looking at the sky and applying patterns that are observed to what was prophesied in his Word – confirming God’s Word to us.

Is it not strange that many nations have in the past decade or two sent expeditions to Antarctica to install infrared telescopes? Why the sudden interest in the infrared spectrum by Australia, China, France, Italy, Japan and the USA who are also working together on this? Does it maybe have something to do with the fact that this object, that was discovered in 1983 and which casts no light, can only be observed in the infrared spectrum? Does the highly tilted orbit that was mentioned in the 1992 press release mean that the object is best viewed from the South Pole? I believe that because information about this object is being suppressed that the sign of Revelation 12 is specifically given by God to allow those who watch for their Lord’s return, to see how his prophecies are fulfilled over a period of 9 months. The intention of this long-lasting sign is part of God’s grace toward the world - to allow those who doubt his Word to realise that what He has said in the prophets and in the New Testament is true and 100% accurate and that this sign is paramount in our history. It will have an outcome for both believers and unbelievers. For believers to everlasting joy as fellow heirs of Christ when He removes his Church from the earth and for those who love this

world above God, to judgment for choosing to reject the gift of salvation that was wrought by Yeshuah, 2,000 years ago on the cross.

So to quickly recap on the information that we have considered thus far, let us review the following aspects surrounding the Revelation 12 sign that emphasise the importance of it from a biblical standpoint:

1. Understanding that the primary purpose of celestial bodies and their positions in the heavens are given to point out specific important visitations by Israel’s Messiah.

2. Knowing that these Messianic visitations fall on specific days, known as “The Lord’s Feasts”, given to Israel to keep and rehearse on a yearly basis, as holy assemblies.

3. The fact that this vision given to John is called “A Great Wonder in Heaven” in Revelation and ties directly back to the very first prophecy given by God himself, right at the beginning just after man fell into sin – having all the actors mentioned in Genesis 3 present again in Revelation 12.

4. This sign in Revelation 12 can be interpreted both symbolically and physically and it is also the most prominent and most descriptive physical celestial sign given to men throughout all of God’s Word.

5. A very unique, once-off physical occurrence of this sign will actually occur starting in November of 2016 and ending on September 23rd, 2017 points to the fulfilment of one of the Lord’s Feast Days.

Considering only these aspects for now, it should become glaringly evident that we find ourselves in a very privileged position to be able to accurately discern the very next appointed time when we keep in mind what God’s Word tells us. This is the only heavenly sign in the Bible that is given with so many symbolic attributes, which are also present in a physical form, occurring only once in our known history. As we continue, I believe God will show you how close we are to his next appointment with Israel and the world and how exciting it is for those who look forward to his imminent return.

As in the Days of Noah

Another prophetic connection of the Sign of Revelation 12 has with the prophecy of Gen 3:15-16 is that this would seem to mark the beginning and end of the rule of sin in the world. When God gave this prophecy to Satan and to Adam and Eve it marked the beginning of life on earth for humanity under Satan’s rule. Satan has in several instances attempted to steer the course of history in such a way as to make it impossible for the Messiah to come forth out of Israel. God has always thwarted these attempts by Satan to circumvent this prophecy and has ensured that the world stays on track to arrive at the fulfilment of the prophecy given to John in Revelation 12. Firstly, Satan attempted to corrupt the image of God in which man was created, by mingling the seed of fallen angels with that of humanity. This went on for centuries and is described in Genesis 6 and books of the apocrypha like Enoch – up to the point where just Noah and his family was left with DNA that had God’s original design in it. They were the only people left that were genetically pure and that could still be called human.

Gen 6:1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. 3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. 4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

Fallen angels came down and left their “first estate” as angelic beings and mingled their seed with that of man. We never think that it would be possible for angels, who exist in a different dimension, to have offspring or to have DNA that could be mixed with that of man. However, God’s first prophecy states exactly this: The serpent seed is pointing to offspring of a being that is considered angelic. Yeshuah also referred to the time of the end and said that these days would be as in the days of Noah. What happened in Noah’s days had the unique characteristic of interference by Satan with the “image of God” after which man was created. The one aspect that clearly defines the times of Noah, and the main reason for the Great Flood, was the corruption of the original DNA that God created on earth. We can therefore understand that when Jesus compares the Last Days to the days of Noah, that we will once again see this attribute woven into the fabric of life on earth. As in the days leading up to God’s intervention through the Great Flood, so will it be in the days just before his second coming.

Mat_24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

There is another prophecy in Daniel that confirms and point to this DNA modification, at the time of the end:

Dan 2:42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. 43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. 44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other

18

people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

From this passage we see that the time for which this prophecy is intended points to the last kingdom on earth before God will set up his kingdom. This penultimate kingdom consisting of iron and clay and is represented by the toes of the statue that is described in Nebuchadnezzar’s dream. That fact that the passage above specifically points out that there will be a mingling of seed between “them” and “men”, shows that there are different genetic material involved and points to hybridization during these times. The iron and clay aspect also point to different DNA make-up of those who will be ruling on earth. From the head of the statue that Nebuchadnezzar saw in his dream all the way down to the feet there was some form of metal. It is only in the last kingdom that a non-metal entity is introduced in the make-up of the statue, just before the statue is smashed.

It also confirms what we see around us in the times that we live in. The majority of the food that we eat today is genetically modified and humanity itself wants to modify DNA to achieve healthier lives and to live longer. It is however not only man that has been meddling with DNA, but also Satan and his fallen angels. This is evident in the thousands of alien abductions that have been documented since the 1940’s and this usually involves the harvesting of human genetic material for the purpose of creating hybrid beings. Numerous cases have been meticulously documented and there is overwhelming evidence for this clandestine harvesting of human DNA for the purpose of creating hybrid beings.

These armies of hybrids are also described in Revelation and will be part of the judgments that will be released on earth during the Time of Jacob’s Trouble. We will look at this as we continue.

Just as Noah and his family was lifted above the flood and protected by the ark when God poured out his judgment over the world in Noah’s days, so will God’s Church be removed from the earth, in my opinion, before God pours out his judgment over the world. At this point, Satan’s rule over those that belong to God will end, when they are taken to heaven to attend a heavenly wedding. Satan will then be confined to earth and will have 7 years during which he will wage war against those that remain on this planet – those who do not have the covering of Yeshuah’s blood over them, specifically against the nation of Israel who rejected their true Messiah.

Rev 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Rev 12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

Jesus also mentions this event in the parable of the wedding:

Mat 22:2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, 3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. 4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage. 5 But

19

they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them. 7 But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. 8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. 9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage 10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. 11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: 12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. 13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

I always wondered who this person was that was in heaven but had no wedding garment. How did this person get there if he was not invited and why did he not have a wedding garment as the rest? If God invited people from all walks of life and provided them with wedding garments, why did this person not have a garment? Then the Lord revealed to me that this is Satan, who currently has access to heaven and accuses us before the Lord day and night, but who will be cast out of heaven as soon as the wedding guests arrive for the wedding. The passages above describe the same event and time period and are also tied to the one given below.

Rev_12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Clockwork

Next, let us look at the timing of this sign:

When we consider the Feasts of the Lord, where are we currently in history when it comes to their fulfilment and how do the sign of Revelation 12 tie this all together? Can we find a passage from God’s Word that would indicate when God intended to start fulfilling the appointed times set forth in Leviticus and at what time these events would start? In addition to this, if some of these events are already past, can we find historic evidence that would indicate that they were accompanied by heavenly signs as stated in Genesis?

From the Old Testament of the Bible – or the Tanakh – if one looks at this from Israel’s perspective, the first prophecy that was given, specifically pointing out the timing of the first arrival of Israel’s Messiah is found in Daniel chapter 9. Gabriel introduced this prophecy about Israel’s times by stating the following:

Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

This one sentence is jam-packed with references to the prophecy given by God in Eden and the vision yet to be given to John at the point when Gabriel spoke to Daniel: Here Gabriel confirms to Daniel that man’s transgression against God as a result of his disobedience in Eden will be finished and that an end will be made to sin. He also mentions the sealing of the “vision” (given to John in Revelation 12) and “the prophecy” (given by God in Eden Genesis 3:15-16) and the “birth of everlasting Righteousness”- the timing of which is represented by the birth of Jupiter representing Righteousness born from the virgin as a once-off occurrence. This is so incredible that God has revealed this information to his children so that they could know when to expect him and when Satan will be given complete rule over the people that are left behind on earth before it is all ended by Israel’s Messiah himself.

When we look at the next verse Gabriel addresses the timing of the presentation of Israel’s Messiah to Israel and in this prophecy, God’s people were given a very precise period of time in history during which to expect their Messiah in Daniel 9:25:

Dan 9:25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

This verse provides specific information on how to know the timing of the arrival of Israel’s Messiah. From the time that the decree was passed to rebuild Jerusalem, until the revelation of the Messiah, would be exactly 69 time periods, called weeks. This is one week short of the 70 weeks that are mentioned in verse 24. Looking back, we now know that these were 69 weeks of years or 483 years in total. From Israel’s perspective it was common to refer to time periods as weeks. These would then include weeks of years, weeks of months or weeks of days etc. In hindsight, we also know that the countdown of these 69 weeks, which Gabriel prophesied to Daniel, started when Antaxerxes’

21

made the decree to restore Jerusalem. This prophecy made it possible for Israel to know precisely when to expect their Messiah. From Biblical and secular accounts we know that Antaxerxes’ decree to restore Jerusalem was passed on March 14th, 445 BC. If we then added 483 years to this date, keeping in mind that calendars were reorganised from a 360-day calendar in ancient times to a 365-day calendar in 701 BC by Numa Pompilius, we arrive at the period around the time of Jesus’ crucifixion which occurred on March 23rd, 34 AD, the eve of which was also marked by a lunar eclipse. When it comes to the purpose of Israel’s Messiah’s visitation, Gabriel also provides information on this so that those who read and heard the prophecy could know whether they were waiting for the Suffering Servant or the King of Kings. From the passage below it is evident that the purpose of this timed appearance of Israel’s Messiah, described by Gabriel, is that of the Suffering Servant – suffering on behalf of others:

Dan 9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

I have always wondered how to interpret the threescore and two weeks that is mentioned above as it did not seem to fit any of the time periods between the declaration to restore Jerusalem and Yeshuah’s presentation to Israel as their Messiah. Even this, God revealed to me as I was writing this document and how wonderful his grace and mercy is toward us who are his children! The 62 weeks indicates the age of Israel’s Messiah when He would be cut-off. This is 62 weeks of lunar months and is calculated as follows:

62 x 7 x 27.3 = 11848 days = 33 years The passage above does not provide the description of the King of Kings who rules with a rod of iron. The fact that the Messiah is described as being “cut off – but not for himself” also points to self-sacrifice on behalf of others – definitely in line with the Suffering Messiah imagery that is portrayed in Isaiah 53. The Bible also records a celestial signal that would herald the coming of Israel’s Messiah in Numbers 24:17-19

Num 24:17 I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth. 18 And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly. 19 Out of Jacob shall come he that shall have dominion, and shall destroy him that remaineth of the city.

In addition to indicators of the Messiah’s birth in Bethlehem that was prophesied and marked by prophesied celestial events and understood by the gentiles as we will see in a moment, did God through his prophets, provide any information in the Old Testament to Israel to assist them in

22

identifying their Messiah when the time arrived for him to be publically known as Messiah by Israel and how they could identify him? In Zechariah 9:9 a clear description is given in another prophecy of how the Messiah would be presented to Israel when the time had come, so that they could know exactly how to identify him.

Zec 9:9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.

Did anything significant happen as predicted by Gabriel to Daniel? Interestingly enough, the prophecy given by the angel Gabriel matches the timing of Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem on the back of a foal of a donkey, presenting himself and being hailed as King of the Jews by a multitude of people that were following him at the time. The following passage from Luke 19 in the New Testament, recorded what happened:

Luk 19:35 - 44 And they brought him to Jesus: and they cast their garments upon the colt, and they set Jesus thereon. And as he went, they spread their clothes in the way. And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen; Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest. And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples. And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out. And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it, Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes. For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side, And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

When Jesus was crucified on the day of Passover we also read from Biblical accounts and secular history, recorded by Thallus, Phlegon, and Africanus that there was a very unusual 3-hour darkness over the earth, where the stars became visible during day-time and that great earthquakes occurred around the world. Phlegon a Greek historian wrote as follows:

In the fourth year of the 202nd Olympiad (i.e., AD 34) there was ‘the greatest eclipse of the sun’ and that ‘it became night in the sixth hour of the day [i.e., noon] so that stars even appeared in the heavens. There was a great earthquake in Bithynia, and many things were overturned in Nicaea.

This eclipse could not have occurred as a result of the moon obscuring the sun. The fact that this sign occurred on Passover which falls on the 14th day of the first month of Israel’s lunar calendar, means that the moon was full and on the wrong side of the earth - unable to cause a solar eclipse. In fact, as previously mentioned, there was a lunar eclipse on the eve of Passover which completely rules out the possibility of a solar eclipse by the moon in the same 24-hour period. We also know that the maximum time of a full solar eclipse caused by the moon can last no longer than about 7 minutes. The only reasonable explanation for this 3-hour long eclipse would then be a rogue planet of a vast

23

size passing between the sun and earth. This would also explain the many earthquakes that occurred around the world at this time. The fact that nobody saw the celestial object but only the effect that it had on the sun’s light that did not reach the earth for a period of 3 hours would match the reports from NASA and the article in the Washington Post where it is stated that the object does not give off light and can only be observed in the infrared spectrum. NASA also stated that the object has a massive magnetic/gravitational effect, based on the fact that the orbits of Neptune and Uranus were shown to be perturbed. This same object was most likely responsible for the 3-hour eclipse and the earthquakes that were recorded during Jesus’ crucifixion. Today it is headed for one final and most destructive encounter with the earth in the very near future according to God’s Word.

Although Gabriel’s prophecy to Daniel was given with regards to Israel – the People of God – Israel, were unable to perceive the times that they were living in, even with the very unusual celestial events announcing the start of fulfilment of the Lord’s Feasts. Jesus or Yeshuah as He is known in Hebrew also pointed this out to the Pharisees before his crucifixion when they ironically desired “a sign from heaven” from him, to prove that He was the Messiah. One would think that a very unique 3-hour eclipse in conjunction with the prophecies in Daniel and Zechariah about the timing and introduction of Israel’s Messiah would have been noticed by those who studied and knew the scriptures, but apparently not so.

Mat 16:1 The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven. 2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. 3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?

24

The Gentiles

The prophecies and knowledge given to Daniel by Gabriel, was not exclusively available to Israel, but the gentile nations in the east, under Daniel’s influence, during Israel’s Babylonian captivity centuries before, knew the times and the signs of the times. These people diligently monitored the time and watched for the signs that were given to Daniel and arrived in Israel to worship the King of the Jews that was born - as his birth was also signalled by a specific and unique star. The exact description of this information is not evident and it is very possible that Daniel was given more information than what was written down in the book of Daniel. To verify this assumption, we can look at the following verse from Revelation, where John was shown more than what was written down:

Rev_10:4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.

Is it not interesting that the gentiles of the day, in the times of Jesus, knew the exact timing of the birth of the King of the Jews, while Israel did not? The same seems to be true for the second coming of Israel’s Messiah.

Mat 2:1 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, 2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. 3 When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. 4 And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born. 5 And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet, 6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel. 7 Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared. 8 And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also. 9 When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was. 10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.

In this passage we have wise men from the east, belonging to the gentile nations who were the first to recognize the celestial event that indicated the birth of Israel’s Messiah. These men retained the knowledge that Daniel conveyed to their ancestors and were able to identify the time of the birth of Israel’s Messiah that was accompanied by a celestial marker. The fact that they are called wise men is also interesting as the Bible refers to these people as having very specific characteristics as can be seen below:

Est_1:13 Then the king said to the wise men, which knew the times, (for so was the king's manner toward all that knew law and judgment:

So wise men are people in God’s eyes who know and can discern the times. I think you will agree with me that based on the signs that have been discussed above, that God’s words in Genesis and Leviticus are shown to be true. Evidence from secular- and Biblical history, recorded celestial signs

25

pointing out and marking the fulfilment of prophecies with regard to God’s appointed times. God did have a special purpose in mind for the sun the moon and the stars when He created them and fashioned them in such a way that they would signal God’s appointed times. Very specific prophecies were accompanied by very unique and unusual celestial signals on very specific days prophesied by God in Leviticus that occurred during the times of Jesus.

At the time that Yeshuah presented himself as Israel’s Messiah, as was prophesied to Daniel, God’s appointed times started off and was accomplished with Yeshuah fulfilling the first 4 feasts or Spring Feasts as they are otherwise known in a single year.

Yeshuah was born of a virgin and his birth was both prophesied and signalled by a star that was recognised by gentile wise men from the east. Yeshuah then presented himself as the suffering Messiah riding on the back of a foal as prophesied by Zechariah and became the long anticipated Passover Lamb whose blood would be shed once for the remission of the world’s sin on the day of Passover. This event was signalled and accompanied by a massive 3-hour eclipse that signalled the fulfilment to Israel and the world of the First Feast day of the Lord. Yeshuah was the unleavened bread – the only person ever to live on this earth without sin and He presented himself to God as the First Fruits of the Harvest of souls that would have their access to God restored on the day of his resurrection. 50 Days later, the Holy Spirit was poured out on another appointed day – the Day of Pentecost – the beginning of the period of God’s Church on earth and issuing in the beginning of the time of the Gentiles. Israel failed to recognize their Messiah during his first tenure on earth, even though Israel was in the process of keeping the Feast days as instructed. This, combined with the fact that God gave incredible celestial signs, visible to all, that signalled the fulfilment of one of the appointed times given by God, lead to Jesus pronouncing partial blindness over Israel for not knowing, the day of their visitation.

What is also interesting to note here is that it was only Passover that was marked by a celestial sign, the Feasts of Unleavened Bread, First Fruits and Pentecost, did not have celestial markers recorded against them. The reason for this is that God’s celestial markers points out the start of a series that is fulfilled. In this case it marked the start of the Spring Feasts. We also know that the Feasts of the Lord are associated with specific seasons that they occur in as can be seen below:

Lev 23:4 These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.

For the Spring Feasts, Israel was told to observe Passover and given intervals to count for the Feasts following after Passover. So we can see a linkage between Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits and Pentecost. They occur in the same season and have specific intervals that have to be counted starting at Passover. The next set that is described takes place in Israel’s harvest time. It starts on the first day of the seventh month, which falls on one of two possible days. These Feasts occur in a different season – about 6 months apart – and as with the first set, God will mark the start of the second set with a celestial marker.

Looking at the end of the Spring Feasts we know that this series ended on the day of Pentecost and history has shown us that about 2,000 years have passed since that day.

26

Israel – God’s Chosen

At Pentecost, another prophecy given to Daniel came into effect. On the day of Pentecost, Israel’s hourglass of 69 weeks of years ran out of sand and at this point God shifted his focus to the gentile nations who would be in the privileged position to become heirs together with Yeshuah through faith in the salvation that He provided on the cross. This was the result of Israel rejecting their Messiah and ignoring the prophecies and signs that God gave them. There remains a single week for Israel of the 70 weeks prophesied to Daniel that is soon to commence, during which God will once again shift his focus to Israel, by fulfilling the second set of Feast Days and this time God will make sure that Israel recognizes him:

Hos 5:15 I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek me early.

Zec_12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

Very important to note is the fact that Jesus declared in the Gospel of Luke that Israel would be struck with partial blindness as a nation for failing to recognize their Messiah and that this would keep them from recognizing the things which belonged to their peace. Peace which they have never been able to obtain since this time.

It should be understood that the second set of Feasts has been reserved specifically to have Israel’s relationship with their true Messiah restored. At this instance, Israel’s Messiah will only come to Israel at the end of the remaining 7 years on the Feast of Tabernacles which is yet to be fulfilled, when virtually everybody else on this planet have been killed

God has already told us what will happen: Israel will accept an imposter: the Antichrist, also known as “The Seed of Satan” and the “Son of Perdition” who will come in his own name as Israel’s Messiah, beguiling them with signs and wonders that would support Israel’s faith in him. This will happen at the beginning of the 7-year period and is part of the strong delusion that God will send over the earth, once He has removed his Church. Initially, Israel and the whole world will be deceived by this man who will have supernatural powers and who will perform incredible wonders to convince those who are on earth, that he is the saviour of the world. The evil that will be pouring out of this person will become evident midway through the 7-year period, when two thirds of the nation of Israel will perish at the hand of their false Messiah. Only a third part of Israel will heed the warnings given by God to his people and they will flee into the wilderness when they see the signs spoken of in Matthew 24 and in Daniel and be protected by God from the Antichrist. Also note that Israel’s true Messiah (Yeshuah) will wait until Israel recognize their offence against him by accepting the “serpent seed” as their messiah and rejecting Yeshuah, their true Messiah. Only once those of Israel, who remain on earth has acknowledged their error will Yeshuah return to help them. This will not happen until after the midway point is reached according to God’s Word.

27

Mat_24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Joh 5:43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.

2Th 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Rev 13:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, 14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. 15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

From Israel’s current perspective, having failed to recognise the timing of the prophecies that were given to Daniel and ignoring the signs that occurred in the heavens at the time of Yeshuah’s first arrival, the Messiah’s first arrival is still pending but soon expected. Because of Israel’s partial blindness that came about as a result of rejecting their true Messiah, they will give this position to an imposter for a period of time, specifically since this person will initially favour Israel above all and allow them to rebuild their temple and allow them to reinstate the sacrificial system. The false messiah will convince Israel and the world that he is who he says he is, by displaying his supernatural abilities that would have the entire world and all religions submitting to his will. Israel will be proud of this “god-man”, who they will think has finally brought them peace and safety and who. There will of course be those who remain on earth during this time, who were not ready for the wedding in heaven when the Bridegroom came to fetch his Bride. There will also be an angel that will proclaim the gospel to all who live on earth and will realise that their “religions” or lack of belief in Jesus is the reason for them still being on earth and why so many people have been removed at the start of this period known as Jacob’s Trouble. These people will realise that God’s Word is the ultimate Truth and that the Antichrist is Satan’s seed and they will willingly lay down their lives by beheading to obtain salvation. This will be the final and only option to ensure that they too can enter into God’s rest and rule with Jesus on earth during his 1,000 year reign.

Once Israel completed the rebuilding of the temple, which will take about 3.5 years and this false messiah sets himself up to be worshiped in the Temple, it should be a loud siren signalling to those in Israel, with eyes to see and ears to hear, that their time to flee from Jerusalem has come. At that point, this person will turn his back on Israel and will in fact destroy two thirds of the people of Israel. Only a remnant will flee from him, remembering the warning given by Daniel and Yeshuah in

28

Matthew 24 and finally recognise that Yeshuah is in fact their true Messiah. God will then protect them supernaturally in the wilderness as He once did during Israel’s exodus from Egypt.

Zec 13:8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. 9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God. Hos_5:15 I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek me early.

The passages above describe a situation worse than that of the Nazi holocaust during which one third of Israel was wiped out. This will all happen because Israel would allow themselves to be deceived by an imposter who would favour Israel for a period of time, until the temple in Jerusalem is rebuilt. In today’s news we often see reports of Israel’s rabbis announcing the soon return of their Messiah. The most likely date for this to occur will be September 23, 2017 – the day after the “disappearance” of millions of people. The antichrist, who will be a hybrid being, will then set himself up to be worshiped by Israel and all nations as god. God’s Word gives a clear warning to Israel to flee from their land when they see this imposter setting himself up in the temple that is due to be rebuilt in Jerusalem and for the antichrist to be worshiped there. Those in Israel who will heed this warning should not hesitating to think about what they would need for their journey, but to flee into the wilderness immediately and commit themselves unto the supernatural protection that God will offer to those who obey God’s warning in Daniel and Matthew 24. It will be a truly dire time for Israel until the remnant arrives in the wilderness and receives supernatural protection from the Antichrist and care from God, just as He did during Israel’s exodus from Egypt.

Mat 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: 17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: 18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. 19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

This warning is not only given in the New Testament, but ties back to the prophecy of Gabriel given to Daniel in:

Dan 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

29

We also know that this was God’s intention from various passages in both the Old and New Testament. God is not yet finished with Israel, but have allowed the Gentiles to be made fellow heirs of the Kingdom of God until the Times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. Paul, who was inspired by the Holy Spirit to write most of the Books in the New Testament, also declared that Israel’s blindness will be removed at a certain point in the Book of Romans:

Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. 26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: 27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

Jesus also referred to this period in Luke 21:

Luk_21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

The passages above, in conjunction with Luke 19:42, shows that a pause was introduced in Israel’s relationship with their Messiah. This break is also clearly evident from the prophecy given to Daniel by Gabriel in chapter 9:24-25 where the total time determined for the nation of Israel is given as 70 weeks (of years) or 490 years. Today, one week of 7 years remains.

If we consider the “Times of the Gentiles” we should probably just pause here to understand when this started and, more importantly, when this will be fulfilled. It is clear from Paul’s letters and also from Jesus’ words that the Times of the Gentiles started at the point where the Jews rejected their Messiah. This happened that so that God could use the Gentiles to provoke Israel to jealousy as described by Paul in the passage below:

Rom 11:7 What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded 8 (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day. 9 And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them: 10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway. 11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. 12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?

Now we need to know, when will this period end and what would signal the end of the Times of the Gentiles? We know that Revelation speaks of Gentiles and that Jerusalem will be “tread under foot” by the Gentiles for 42 months or 3.5 years, as can be seen below:

Rev_11:2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

30

We also know that God’s Word says that those of Israel who will heed his warning to flee from Jerusalem, when they see the Antichrist setting himself up to be worshiped in the temple of God, will not die, but will be protected by God in the wilderness. We also have another group of people called “the saints” that are overcome by the Antichrist in Revelation 13:7:

Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

These people are obviously also gentiles given that they include people from every nation and will be killed during the Great Tribulation for not bowing to the Antichrist and his beast system. So if we put this all together, we know that Israel’s blindness will only be removed once the “fullness of the Gentiles” be come in. This will only happen during the Great Tribulation, or the second half of Jacob’s Trouble when the Antichrist’s will no longer be deceiving people, but will actively kill all those who do not accept his mark.

Israel will only recognise their offense against their Messiah, once the last Gentile dies for not accepting the mark of the beast. We further know, based the 69 weeks that have happened between the decree to rebuild Jerusalem and Israel’s Messiah’s first presentation of himself to Israel, that the final period of missing time is 1 week of seven years. This is described in the Old Testament as Jacob’s Trouble and will be a time specifically set aside for Israel to go under God’s rod and to be brought back into a relationship with their true Messiah. It is also a time during which God’s wrath will be poured out against Israel for not recognizing him during his first visitation, which clearly fulfilled prophecy and was marked by celestial markers. A description of events which will form part of Jacob’s Trouble is seen in the following 4 passages among others:

Jer 30:4 And these are the words that the LORD spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah. 5 For thus saith the LORD; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. 6 Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness? 7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. Eze 20:36 Like as I pleaded with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I plead with you, saith the Lord GOD. 37 And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant: 38 And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and ye shall know that I am the LORD. Eze 22:18 Son of man, the house of Israel is to me become dross: all they are brass, and tin, and iron, and lead, in the midst of the furnace; they are even the dross of silver. 19 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye are all become dross, behold, therefore I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem. 20 As they gather silver, and brass, and iron, and lead, and tin, into the midst of the furnace, to blow the fire upon it, to melt it; so will I gather you in mine anger and in my fury, and I will leave you there, and melt you. 21 Yea, I will gather you, and blow upon you in the fire of my wrath, and ye shall be melted in the midst thereof. 22 As silver is melted in the midst of the furnace, so shall ye be melted in the midst thereof; and ye shall know that I the LORD have poured out my fury upon you.

31

Zec 13:8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. 9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.

We further find evidence of the grape harvest in Revelation 14 where the last of the Gentiles will be harvested from earth:

Rev 14:15 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. 16And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped. 17 And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle. 18 And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. 19 And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. 20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

At this point the Times of the Gentiles will be fulfilled. After this point only the Antichrist and those that follow him will be left on earth. Those belonging to Israel who heeded God’s warning to flee Jerusalem when the Antichrist sets himself up to be worshiped in the Temple in Jerusalem, will also be left on earth, but will be supernaturally protected by God during the time that God pours out the 7 vials of wrath against the Antichrist and his followers. This will be the time during which Israel’s blindness will finally be removed and this happens at the 7th Trumpet.

Just as Yeshuah’s first presentation to Israel as the Suffering Servant was associated with the Spring Feasts and their fulfilment, so will the Time of Jacob’s Trouble be associated with the Fall Feasts and Yeshuah’s second coming as the King of Kings to rule over the earth for 1,000 years. This is also the time during which Israel will enter into an agreement with “death” for a period of 7 years at the onset of this remaining week of years.

Isa_28:15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves: 18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.

This is a period of time for which we have more information described in prophecy and signs than any other period in God’s Word. This fact alone should lead us to realise that if the majority of prophecies in God’s Word point to the 7-year period just ahead of us, that He, through his mercy toward those that love him, has also revealed to us the starting point of this week. This is achieved by keeping in mind the patterns that God used during the first set of Spring Feasts combined with celestial markers that signalled the start of the first set.

32

I believe that our God has placed a great emphasis on the use of patterns and He uses the application of patterns in the past to show us what He will do in the future. These are not only given to show us repeatability in God’s actions, but it conveys essential characteristics to us of God’s personality and his qualities as our Heavenly Father. As with the very first prophecy in God’s Word that points to the sign of Revelation 12, we can find many other situations throughout God’s Word where patterns and models are used to understand God’s views of a situation and how He will act in a specific situation. There are many of these examples that can be shown. One example that I would like to use to elaborate on this is that of God’s attitude towards those that are righteous in his eyes, which I believe is very relevant to the upcoming fulfilment of prophecy and appointed time. This is especially important when it comes to the relationship between God and those that He loves.

33

The Righteous and the Wicked

When God decided to wipe out all life on earth during the Great Flood, He could have done so by just starting over, and yet, He decided to spare Noah and his family through the Great Flood. Two verses that describe God’s view of Noah are given below:

Gen_6:9 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. Gen_7:1 And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.

God gave Noah more than a century to prepare for what was coming and even though God could have destroyed all life on earth and could have started over, by just speaking the words if He wanted to, He carried Noah and his family safely above the Flood and unharmed because God saw Noah as a righteous man. God also made a promise in the Garden of Eden that He was not going to break and therefore could not allow Satan to destroy humanity, as this would have affected his promise to Adam and Eve. Also, God does not break his promises which constitute another attribute of him that we should always remember.

Then, if we consider Lot, who decided to go and live in Sodom and Gomorrah, one could argue that it probably would not have been a great deal if Lot, who seemed to have been selfish by picking the best pastures for himself while leaving Abraham with the dessert, would perish with the cities that God was about to destroy. Lot also chose to go and live in a city that was through and through immoral and that it may have been a deserved punishment for him to be destroyed with the people of those cities based on his association with them. God’s promise was after all given to Abraham and not to Lot. Is this not how we often judge people?

But the God of Abraham was very meticulous in the information that He conveyed to Moses when Moses was instructed to write the Torah. Remember that all of what was written in the first 5 books of the Bible, including the information about Abraham and Lot, was dictated word-for-word by God to Moses. The passage below captures what God had Moses write and concerns the exchange between Abraham and God over Sodom and Gomorrah. This is God’s revealing himself to us so that we can know him better – showing us his characteristics toward the righteous that He would like us to know him by:

Gen 18:22 And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the LORD. 23 And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked? 24 Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein? 25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? 26 And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes. 27 And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but dust and ashes: 28 Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five? And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it. 29 And he spake unto him yet again, and said, Peradventure there

34

shall be forty found there. And he said, I will not do it for forty's sake. 30 And he said unto him, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there. 31 And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty's sake. 32 And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten's sake. 33 And the LORD went his way, as soon as he had left communing with Abraham: and Abraham returned unto his place.

More information is provided in this narrative once the angels are about to destroy the cities and Lot was taking his time to remove himself and his family. Below are some passages that describe the situation:

Gen 19:15 And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city. 16 And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city. Gen 19:22 Haste thee, escape thither; for I cannot do any thing till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.

Here, once again we see how God saves Lot, whom He considered to be a righteous man, from the destruction that was planned for those cities. These are two Old Testament examples of God’s attitude toward the righteous.

Here is a scenario to consider. Let us say you are involved in a war with an enemy where you are put in charge of giving the orders. You are then tasked to attack a specific city of the enemy in an offensive that is led by your country against the enemy and to wipe the city out in a nuclear attack. As you are about to give the attack order, someone hands you a note that alerts you to the fact that your family have been captured by the enemy and is being held hostage in the city that you are about to wipe out. What do you do? Do you attack without giving your family a second thought or are you first going to send in a special task force to save them before you attack? You are after all in charge and can choose to do either.

I am sure that if you consider yourself a good human being, that you would at least attempt to save your family first before destroying the enemy, or would you disagree?

We know that in the New Testament God has fully reconciled the relationship between God and man as a result of Yeshuah’s sacrifice on the cross. God also tells us that He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow and that He does not change as can be seen below:

Heb_13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

In addition to this Jesus further elaborates on the characteristics of our Heavenly Father in the following passage:

Mat 7:9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? 10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? 11 If ye then, being evil,

35

know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

Yeshuah calls earthly fathers evil and even they know how to look after their families. How much more will God, who is Love, care for those that have become part of his family. Based on the patterns discussed above we know that God’s attitude towards those that are righteous remain the same and He will always treat the righteous in like manner. This topic specifically relates to the timing of the Church’s removal from earth and how we as children of our heavenly Father should understand his view of us in relation to the timing of events described in Revelation.

Coming back to how patterns apply to the sign of Revelation 12 for now, we know that God provided information regarding the Feasts of the Lord, the dates on which they occur and the celestial signals that will confirm their fulfilment for the first 4 Feasts that were fulfilled by Yeshuah as the Suffering Servant. We also understand that the start of these events, related to the Spring Feasts, was clearly announced by celestial signs and through prophecy to Daniel. Here is another pattern: Daniel was called a greatly beloved person by God:

Dan_10:19 And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace be unto thee, be strong, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me.

It is also interesting to see that Daniel had 3 friends, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah. When these 4 men experienced trouble in their lives there is a defined distinction. Daniel spent a night in the Lion’s den, but was supernaturally protected by God.

Dan_6:16 Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee. 19 Then the king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste unto the den of lions. 20 And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions? 22 My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.

In this passage we see that Daniel is a type of God’s beloved and the fact that He was in the lions’ den is typical of the persecution suffered by God’s beloved bride, living on earth today. It is also fitting for this pattern to compare Satan to a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour:

1Pe_5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

In another pattern which in this instance is typical of Israel, we see Daniel’s 3 friends facing the fiery furnace, just as Israel will be facing during the time of Jacob’s Trouble:

Dan 3:20 And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace. 21 Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. 22 Therefore because the king's commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and

36

Abednego. 23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. 24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. 25 He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. 26 Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst of the fire.

What is really important to notice here is the difference between the trouble that Daniel experienced and that which his three friends had to endure. Both came out of their trouble, being protected by God. But when Daniel was in the lions’ den, his three friends were not there. And when Hananiah, Mishael, Azariah were thrown into the furnace, Daniel’s absence from the situation is showing us that God’s greatly beloved bride will not be around when Israel’s time of Trouble commences. All of these patterns have been given to us to understand God’s heart towards his beloved and allows us to understand how He will act in various situations.

If we now focus on the remainder of unfulfilled Feasts of the Lord, I believe, that just as with Daniel, we can see how God announces the start of the fulfilment of the remaining 3 Fall Feasts to another person who was “greatly beloved”:

Joh_19:26 When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! Joh_20:2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.

John, who is called the disciple that the Lord loved, was also the recipient of the prophecies regarding the start and fulfilment of the second set of the Lord’s Feasts. So once again we have a pattern that is repeating. When we study diligently, using God’s Word and the knowledge provided in historic accounts, I believe we are in a very fortunate position to know when the start of the second set of Feasts will commence if we just apply this knowledge and use the patterns provided by God in his Word. In addition to this, God has given us many pointers to this important time as well as celestial signs to tell us that the time is now and all we have to do is to tie it all together.

37

Timing

So how do we find out how all of these signs and prophecies line up with our calendar? Well the first set of Feasts started with Passover and ended on Pentecost followed by a very long pause of about 2,000 years. Passover was marked by a lunar eclipse on the eve of the Feast Day – and from a Jewish perspective it would actually be the start of Passover. From Israel’s perspective, a day starts in the evening of the previous day. As I mentioned earlier, there was a massive 3-hour eclipse from 12pm until 3pm on the day of Passover when Yeshuah – the true Passover Lamb – hung on the cross, that clearly marked the start of the appointed times that formed part of the first “season” of Feast Days and this was recorded in the Bible as well as by secular historians.

What is interesting to note here is the presence of the rogue planet at the time of Yeshuah’s crucifixion. Only the resulting effect of its presence between the sun and the earth could be observed, which means that it did not reflect light. There are also numerous prophecies throughout the Old Testament that described in advance the events that took place on the day off Passover. These supply us with exact patterns to look for in the New Testament to find the start of the second set of Feasts at the end of which Yeshuah will return, this time as the King of Kings and to rule over the earth for 1,000 years.

You may also have heard of the lunar tetrad or “Blood Moons” of 2014-2015? The lunar tetrad of 2014 and 2015, where 4 total lunar eclipses occurred in succession on Jewish Feast Days, was one of a kind as well. There have been only 8 of these since the time of Jesus. During these blood moons, 4 total lunar eclipses occurred in succession on Jewish Feast Days. What made the most recent series even more unique are 2 solar eclipses that also fell on Jewish Feast Days during this series of eclipses. This is the only series that had lunar and solar eclipses all occurring on Jewish Feast Days. This should tell us that a special notice had been served by God to his people Israel, but also to the world:

Joe_2:31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.

When God point out prophetic times to his people as in the passage above, we know based on the patterns that we have noticed before that it always has to do with the Feast Days of the Lord. The fact that we have had a unique Blood Moon Tetrad in 2014-2015 that had lunar and solar eclipses falling on Feast days, unlike any in the past, should tell us that God has indicated that the time for fulfilment of Joel’s prophecy above is right ahead of us and about to be fulfilled.

When we look at the order in which the first 4 Feasts were fulfilled, we notice a sequential order. This also matched the order in which they were given by God to Israel. So the next Feast to be expected would be that of Trumpets or Yom Teruah. An interesting fact about this specific Feast is that it starts the Jewish New Year of years in which Israel is instructed to blow trumpets. This Feast is celebrated over a two-day period during which the determination of which day would be the first day of the year is traditionally made by two witnesses who would then report their observation of the first sliver of the new moon to the Sanhedrin. The Sanhedrin would then declare on which of the two days, the first day of the month falls and subsequently inform the people of Israel about this. Another important fact is that the Feast of Trumpets stands as being the only Feast Day of which no

man knows the day or the hour as it falls on one of two possible days. It could only be determined by the decree from the Sanhedrin declaring that the New Moon had been spotted. This Feast is also singled out as a point in time to which both the Church of God as well as Israel should be watching for and that it will be a day of “announcement”. This can be seen in the passages below:

Jer_6:17 Also I set watchmen over you, saying, Hearken to the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hearken. 1Co_15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

We know that the last Feast that was fulfilled by Israel’s Messiah is Pentecost and at this time God’s focus shifted to the gentile nations. This period known as the church age or the Times of the Gentiles has been active for the past 2,000 years. Since we also know that the Feasts relate to Israel and their Messiah, we know that the very next feast will once again relate to Israel and their Messiah. Just as we know that Pentecost signalled a pause in Israel’s prophetic clock, so we know that the very next Feast Day will signal a restart of the prophetic clock for Israel and indicate the end of the Church-age. Note that this is not yet the end of the times of the Gentiles, as explained earlier.

So if we use the patterns that God has provided for us relating to the Spring Feasts and we know that the next Feast due to be fulfilled is that of Trumpets, we would need to look for a celestial signal that would mark the start of the second set of Feast Days.

When we look at the description given in Revelation 12 the specific alignment of stars occurs on September 23rd of 2017. What makes this date incredibly important and relevant with regards to the Feast days is the fact that the woman in travail sign marks and concludes on the very day after the Feast of Trumpets. Why is this so important? It is of paramount importance as Israel’s prophetic clock will be restarted as soon as the Church age comes to an end. Based on Yeshuah and Paul’s pointers to this time, we know that God will remove his church from the earth on one of the two days that make up the Feasts of Trumpets. The fact that the sign of Revelation 12 falls on the very day following this Feast, would signal the first day after the Church age has concluded and God’s focus shifting back to Israel. This matches a correct restart of Israel’s prophetic clock with 7 years starting to count down from this day. This will also be the very day for Israel’s counterfeit messiah to step onto the scene as this is the first day in which Satan would be given back full authority over the world for a period of seven years. Why do I say this?

The Bible is clear in stating that God’s Church, indwelled by the Holy Spirit is the ultimate authority on earth while Jesus is preparing dwellings for those that will meet him at the heavenly wedding. Satan has no authority over God’s Church, except for persecuting it, which in fact helps it to grow. When Jesus announced the Church to Peter in Matthew 16 he stated the following:

Mat 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

39

In the passage above we see authority been given to God’s Church on earth which is above that of Satan. This is also confirmed in the following verses:

Eph 1:19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, 20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: 22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, 23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

Here we see that the Church (who is also the Messiah’s body) is recipient of God’s mighty power and authority which is “far above all principalities and power and might and dominion”. We further know that Satan cannot take over full control of this world until the “restrainer” is removed as can be seen from the passage below:

2Th 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

There is much confusion and various interpretations around the passage above and what it means. I think it would be good to pause here for a while to explain some of this:

In the passage above, Paul is addressing the Church of Thessalonica that have been infiltrated by some false doctrine that had them believing that the “day of Christ” had already occurred. Paul then continues to explain the situation by stating what events have to occur before the “day of Christ” could come. What is meant by the “day of Christ” and how can we answer the what, when and why questions? From the information covered, we know that what is referred to, being the 7-year period that includes 3.5 years at the end of great tribulation.

Eze_30:3 For the day is near, even the day of the LORD is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the heathen. Jer_30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it.

So we know what Paul is talking about when he refers to the “day of Christ”. In general, the “falling away” mentioned by Paul has historically been understood to be a decline in morals or moving away from sound doctrine over time as we approach the time that Paul is referring to. However, if one reads Paul’s statement carefully, it has become more and more evident that the way in which Paul

40

structured this, would point to an “event” that is required to allow the Antichrist to be revealed rather than a gradual process of moving away from the Truth or a general condition of the world.

We know that when Yeshuah describes the Church of Laodicea in Revelation 3, that it is said to be lukewarm. This would contradict a notion of the church suddenly turning cold before the arrival of the Antichrist. We know that there has been a decline in morals worldwide and that the truth is being twisted so that right has become wrong and wrong has become right. The intent is not to negate this fact – albeit that moral decline has occurred gradually over many decades and even centuries. The question we have to ask ourselves then is this: “When will the intensity of “falling away”, as mentioned by Paul, be sufficient to be considered enough, so that the Antichrist can be revealed?” To me, this approach has become less and less likely to match the way in which Paul stated the facts. The “apostasia” that he is referring to here seems more like an “event” than a gradual decline or describing a specific condition in the morality of the world.

Another clue that we have to bring into the analysis here is the fact that Paul states that there is a “power” that is withholding the Antichrist from making his appearance. It is not stated who or what this is in this passage, but Paul reminded the Thessalonians of what he told them before. So they had the knowledge of Paul’s explanation from an earlier conversation and could get to the answer. Fortunately for us, God’s Word can interpret itself if one searches thoroughly. So we can be sure that we too can find the answer to this question in God’s Word!

Knowing therefore that Paul stated the “falling away” needs to happen before the Antichrist can be revealed and knowing that He specifically states that the Antichrist is being withheld by someone or something that will bring forth the appearance of the Antichrist as soon as it is removed, it is logical to then draw a preliminary conclusion/assumption that the “falling away” and the “withholding power” could be connected. However, we need more evidence to arrive at a more watertight argument.

If we look at the word “apostasia” in Greek and see if we can find other application for it that could be related to an event, rather than a gradual decline, what options are there? One that stands out is given below from the Strongs concordance:

646 apostasía (from 868 /aphístēmi, “LEAVE, DEPARTURE,” which is derived from 575/apó, “AWAY FROM” and 2476 /histémi, “stand”) – properly, DEPARTURE (implyingdesertion);

Our connotation with the word “apostasy” has been stereotyped to mean rebellion or moral decline and we seldom think about the fact that in Greek it could also mean “departure” or “to leave”. So if we apply this other meaning to what Paul is saying we have the following:

2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a “departure” first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

So this helps us understand this better if we are considering a specific event rather than a general condition preceding the Antichrist’s appearance. Then we also need to see if we can find any possible connection between the “power” that is withholding the Antichrist and the event that is described as a “departure”. We need to identify the withholding power.

So when we approach this topic we will have to make use of an elimination process to arrive at the answer. “Who would be in a position to resist the Antichrist?” will be our first question to answer. The most likely candidates would be:

41

1. God 2. Angels 3. Christians who are the church of God

We know that God is all powerful and has created the Antichrist and will definitely have power over him and would be able to resist him.

2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

Paul’s explanation above of the action that will be carried out to allow the Antichrist to be revealed seems to be performed by a higher power than the entity that is withholding and does not fit an action that would describe God resisting the Antichrist, in my opinion. God would not be taken out of the way, because there is no one capable of doing that. If it was God’s intention to have Paul write this with God as the resisting entity, one would think that God would have had Paul phrase the sentence differently.

Next we look at Angels. Many believe that this resisting power is the archangel Michael, but we do not read in God’s Word that any of God’s angels have been given the task or authority to resist the devil here on earth or to prevent him from making known the identity of the Antichrist. In fact we read in Daniel quite the opposite. The earth is Satan’s dominion and God’s angels have to fight their way through those of Satan to get things done as can be seen below.

Dan_10:13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia. Dan_10:20 Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come. 21 But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince.

So from these passages it would seem that in the time of Daniel, angels, good or bad, operated on an equal footing here on earth, but that fallen angels can effectively resist God’s angles. We also see a battle described between Satan and his angels and Michael and his angels in Revelation 12 and that this has as a result, Satan’s confinement to earth. This would also not seem to perfectly fit with the situation that Paul is referring to in 2Thessalonians 2.

We even see scriptures where humans are said to have power over angles where Jacob is described in wrestling with the angel of the Lord; where those who belong to Christ will be appointed judges over angels and finally where Hebrews describe the position of angels:

Hos 12:3 He took his brother by the heel in the womb, and by his strength he had power with God: 4 Yea, he had power over the angel, and prevailed: he wept, and made supplication unto him: he found him in Bethel, and there he spake with us; 1Co_6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

42

Heb 1:13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

So we could categorise the “angel-option” as questionable at most as we do not have any passages assigning authority to angels over other angels in God’s Word. Next we will look at the final option and see if this is a more suitable candidate to fit Paul’s description – the Church. The very first mention of the church is made in:

Mat_16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

What is noticeable here is that the very first attribute that is assigned to the Church is authority over hell and that hell as the defending entity will not be able to withstand. Why is this? We find several passages expounding on this for us:

Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: 12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. 13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; 14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Eph 1:19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, 20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: 22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Luk_21:15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist. Jas_4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Here we see overwhelming evidence of authority over Satan and hell given to the Church. The Church is an entity that God established with a specific purpose in mind – having his authority over the world and over Satan and his dominion. It was a hidden secret that was not known to other ages and whose attributes did not apply to past ages and will also be absent from the 7-year period of Jacob’s Trouble.

Eph 3:3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, 4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) 5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; 6 That

43

the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel: 1Pe_1:12 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

So given this knowledge, we can now better understand what Paul is saying if we consider the Church’s authority on earth and that is this:

While the Church is on earth, Satan and all of his angels are subject to the authority of God through his Church. If Satan revealed his Antichrist while the Church is present on earth, he would stand no chance of achieving his desired outcome. We have seen the true Church of God being victorious over Satan for more than 2,000 years now. It was God’s purpose to put the Church on earth to keep Satan under control and to prevent him from achieving his desired outcome before the time was right for it. This period of 2,000 years also allows time for God’s harvest of souls to ripen who will be included as part of his Bride, when He sends his angels to harvest. When God then removes the Church, the door will be opened for Satan, who will then not only be the head of authority on earth, but will also be confined to the earth and those who are left with him will not have the authority over him that the Church had.

We can then clearly see from the considerations above that the Church, being indwelt by God’s Spirit and having God’s authority is the withholding power that will be removed in order for Satan to obtain ruling status on earth that can then allow his Antichrist to step forward without the threat of being defeated.

Something else which would further cause a contradiction is Revelation 13:7

Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

If God gave authority to the Church over hell and said that hell would not be able to withstand the Church, why would God break his promise by allowing the Antichrist to overcome the Church during the Tribulation as it seems to imply from the passage above? God cannot lie and He does not break his promises, so we know that when we read the verse above, that this cannot refer to the Church. It is also interesting that the word that is used for Church “ecclesia” is used abundantly in the first three chapters of Revelation. Then it is strangely absent from the text during the seal, trumpet and bowl judgments, and only used again at the second coming of Christ. This is by design, because God will not pour his wrath out over his Bride.

Any view that would see God’s Church go through any the 7-year period of tribulation and any view other than that of a pre-tribulation view, would result in God’s Word contradicting itself and assigning attributes to God that He has clearly stated are not part of his character.

Understanding the passage below as shown, is the only interpretation that in my opinion, does not lead to contradictions:

2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away (“departure”) first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he (“the church”) who now letteth will let, until he (“the church”) be taken out of the way. 8 And then shall that

44

Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

45

The Day of the Lord

Another subject that often leads to arguments among Christians is the “Day of the Lord” and the period of time that is referred to when this is mentioned. Paul refers specifically to “the Day of Christ” in verse 2 of the preceding passage. Paul then references in verse 3 the events that will precede the “Day of Christ”. From what we have already discussed we know that the “day of Christ” is preceded by our Lord coming as a thief in the night to gather us – the Church – unto him and for the Antichrist to be revealed, which will be the start of the “day of Christ” or the opening of the first seal as described in Revelation 6:1. (This incidentally – and by God’s design – is also marked by the Revelation 12 sign!)

If we look at what God’s Word says about “the day of Christ” or “the day of the Lord” there are once again two distinctions that can be made. One perspective is from the earth for those who are left behind and another view from heaven for those who will be part of the wedding between the Bride and the Bridegroom. From an earthly perspective we have verses such as:

Isa_13:6 Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty. Isa_13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

There are many more verses that describe this “day” as a time of doom, but for now, let us just consider these for now. Then we have the day of the Lord being described by those who would consider it from a heavenly perspective. In the passage below we see Zephaniah describing “the nation not desired” – these are the Gentiles – specifically those who have accepted Israel’s Messiah as their Saviour, without seeing him, through faith. Also note the references to the point in time BEFORE “the day of the Lord” arrives and the fact that these will be hidden as shown in the last verse of the following passage:

Zep 2:1 Gather yourselves together, yea, gather together, O nation not desired; 2 Before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the LORD come upon you, before the day of the LORD’S anger come upon you. 3 Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: IT MAY BE YE SHALL BE HID IN THE DAY OF THE LORD’s ANGER.

Jesus also confirms this in:

Luk_21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Then we have a further reference to this day from Isaiah, which also ties in and expounds on what Paul says in:

1Th 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and THE DEAD IN CHRIST SHALL RISE FIRST: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore COMFORT one another with these words.

46

In the above section it is not clear whether this is before or after the final 7 years on earth, but I believe Isaiah clarifies that for us, where He is pointing to the same events and also provides more information about the timing:

Isa 26:19 Thy dead men shall live, TOGETHER WITH MY DEAD BODY SHALL THEY ARISE. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. 20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, UNTIL THE INDIGNATION BE OVERPAST. 21 For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

Both passages describe the dead being resurrected at the Lord’s coming and those who are alive in Christ being gathered onto him. In the passage from Isaiah however, we see people being hidden away from what will happen on earth, in “chambers” that are said to belong to them before the indignation occurs. This passage is directly linked to what Jesus said in:

Joh_14:3 And if I go and PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that WHERE I AM, THERE YE MAY BE ALSO.

From these 4 passages we can see that this rising of the dead and people entering into their chambers (prepared for them by the Lord) will occur BEFORE the “indignation” (Isa 26:20). We know therefore that when Paul is describing those “which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord” he is referring to those who will be alive at the “thief in the night” appearance of the Lord where we will meet our Saviour in the clouds and where He will take us with him to the place that He has been preparing for us over the past 2,000 years. The last verse also excludes the Church’s presence on earth during this time as the place that God has been preparing for us is not on earth and the fact that He states that “we will be where He is” which is in heaven and not “we will be where the Antichrist is” which is on earth.

God took just 6 days to create the earth, the universe and everything in it, but He needed 2,000 years to prepare a place for us! Just imagine what that will be like!

We also see Paul referring to the day of the Lord in the section below as a day of joy – which will certainly not be the case for those who find themselves on earth – see the last verse in this passage:

Php 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. 14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings: 15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; 16 Holding forth the word of life; THAT I MAY REJOICE IN THE DAY OF CHRIST, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

This would then be tied to the passage in Revelation where those who have been awarded crowns of glory in God’s evaluation of the churches and represented here by the 24 elders, will cast their crowns before the Lord to the glory of God – the reason for Paul’s joy.

Rev 4:10 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, 11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

47

Note that this also happens before the first Seal is opened and the Antichrist is revealed.

Many speculate that God would be able to protect his Church on earth during the Great Tribulation that is coming, but is this Biblical? The Word says that there will be none left on earth after the final 7 years on earth except for those of Israel who will be supernaturally protected by God up to the end:

Jer_46:28 Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with thee; for I WILL MAKE A FULL END TO ALL THE NATIONS whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.

This passage does not mention any protection for anybody other than those belonging to Israel. Many people say that those who belong to the Lord represent what is truly Israel, but this would be twisting God’s Word and imply a replacement theology. If this was truly the case, why did God go to the lengths of specifying 12,000 people from each tribe of Israel to describe the 144,000 who will be sealed by him during Jacob’s Trouble and mentioning every tribe individually? Why did He bother to bring the nation of Israel back into their land as He promised, if He had no purpose for them any longer? I believe He does this to point out that when He talks about Israel, his intent is for us to understand “the nation of Israel”.

So if God is using Jacob’s Trouble to “make a full end to all the nations” except for Israel then we should understand that this is exactly what He intends to do.

We further see that his intention is to lay the land desolate and to destroy the sinners out of it.

Isa_13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

We also know that this period of time will be so horrendous that God will speed up the rotation of the earth to shorten the time and to allow for those of Israel who are protected by him to make it to the end.

Mar_13:20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. Rev_8:12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.

In these two passages God shows us both that He will be shortening the days to show mercy to those who are going through the Great Tribulation and that He will shorten the days by 8 hours. When I initially read Revelation 8:12, I interpreted this description of the day that will only be two thirds of a normal day as a result of the sun being blocked out by atmospheric catastrophes. This would then imply that the night would be one third longer, but if we read carefully what God’s Word says, the same is true for the night – it is also shorter by one third. The only way in which this can be achieved would be for the earth’s rotation to be increased. This will most likely occur as a result of a massive asteroid impact that would transfer impact energy to cause changes in the angular momentum of the earth.

Although God is fully capable of protecting his Bride through Jacob’s Trouble, there is no evidence for this in God’s Word. The fact that Jesus said “WHERE I AM, THERE YE MAY BE ALSO” when He

48

receives us unto him, also confirms that we will not be on earth, for we will be attending the Wedding Feast with our Saviour, only returning to earth 7 years later with him, when He comes to rule for 1,000 years over the earth, having the remnant of Israel to repopulate the earth.

49

The Last Trump

From the New Testament those who expect their Bridegroom’s return know that God has given clear indicators to the timing of this event. This is also to be expected based on the patterns provided in the Old Testament that point to Israel’s Messiah’s first coming. Below are some of these references given to God’s Church which I will briefly discuss to address some of the confusion that is found in the body of believers about the timing of these events:

1Co 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

When Paul writes his letter to the Corinthians, he mentions “The Last Trump” and this has led, I believe, to many contradicting views in the body of Christ with regards to the Church’s departure from earth. Many believe that the timing of God’s intervention to remove his Church from the earth and what Paul spoke of above is connected to the prophecies given to John in Revelation when he records the 7th trumpet sounding and that this is then “The Last Trump”. There are however, some problems with this view that I would like to point out. It is very important to remember that when one interpret God’s Word it should never lead to contradictions with other passages also found in God’s Word. If one encounters an apparent contradiction, then our understanding is wrong and we have to search for an alternative interpretation for the issue at hand.

Firstly, when Paul mentioned “The Last Trump” in this passage, he offers no further clarification of which trumpet it is that he is referring to, which would be strange if he was referring to the 7th trumpet of Revelation. The seventh trumpet of Revelation had not been revealed at the time that Paul wrote this letter and the letter to the Corinthians was written long before John received the Revelation on Patmos. At the point when Paul wrote this letter he would not have been aware of the 7th trumpet in Revelation as God revealed this to John specifically. In my opinion it would therefore be very unusual to mention something like “The Last Trump” without Paul expounding on it somewhat, if this was indeed the 7th Trumpet of Revelation that he was referring to. Thirdly, from the patterns that we have seen used in God’s Word, it is a given that when the timing of a special event is provided or referred to in God’s Word, that it has to do with a fulfilment of a specific Feast Day of the Lord. We know from example that when God announces special events, through those that He inspired to write the books contained in his Word, that they will always fall on a Feast Day and will be accompanied by a celestial marker if it is the start of a series.

An interpretation that is then more logical that can be applied to Paul’s reference to “The Last Trump” which also makes a lot more sense in my opinion is that he was referring to the Last Trump that is blown on a Feast Day of the Lord. It is then quite obvious that this would point to the Feast of Trumpets. If we look at the history and tradition of Israel around this Feast Day, we know that historically and traditionally it is preceded with trumpets being blown every day throughout the entire month of Elul to call Israel to introspection and repentance. This precedes the two-day period during which the first day of the Jewish New Year is announced by “The Last Trump”. The fact that Paul mentions “The Last Trump” without having to explain in more detail what it is that he is referring to, would suggest that the readers of the letter would have known exactly what Paul was

50

talking about – The Feast of Trumpets where The Last Trump is a well known aspect of this specific Feast. Further evidence to support this view comes from Jesus himself when He was discussing the end times with his disciples:

Mat 25:13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

This reference to the Feast of Trumpets was made by Jesus himself, as it is the only Feast Day on Israel’s calendar for which nobody knew the day or the hour on which the announcement of the New Year would be made. Also, note that it is only the day and the hour that would not be known to those who watched, but there is nothing said about the month or the year. This would narrow the possible timeframe for this event down to 2 days. This is further corroborated by passages as seen below:

1Th 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.

It is clear that Paul who pointed believers to look towards “The Last Trump” here also points out that believers are not in the dark and that we will be in a position to know “the day” on which our hope will be complete. The day will not overtake believers as a thief in the night. It is further truly amazing that Paul also includes the celestial marker by mentioning the “woman in travail” that is once again woven into the narrative, providing the celestial pointer that will accompany the Feast Day’s fulfilment as we are discovering.

Jesus also tells those that listened to him to look up – at the celestial marker that will be around for a period of 9 months – when they see the time of the end approaching and the events coming to pass that He was telling them about:

Luk 21:28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Jesus told his disciples that there would be certain signs before his return. These signs will precede his second coming as a thief in the night, when those “who are in the dark” will not expect his return. God is also extremely gracious in allowing those who watch for his return to compare the prophecies given by Jesus in Matthew 24, to events that will take place in the world during the time that the Woman in Travail sign in the sky will be playing out. In this way there will be no question for those who are watching, about the reality of our Lord’s return, once these events start playing out. Jesus mentions the signs that will point to his soon return before the Time of the End commences and that specific signs would lead into the end, but would not be the end itself. He referred to these as “the beginning of sorrows”:

Mat 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the

51

end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 ALL THESE ARE THE BEGINNING OF SORROWS.

If we keep in mind what Jesus, Paul and others said about this period of time and the many references to the Woman in Travail both figuratively and in the physical sign that will present itself between November 20th 2016 and September 23rd 2017, we can logically expect the time of sorrows to be the time period between the conception and the birth of the Child. We know that God said in Genesis 3:16 that He would greatly multiply the woman’s “sorrows” during child birth, which would tell us that the preceding signs that Jesus mentioned above, would also occur between these two dates and would be increasing in intensity as the due date approaches.

Gen 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

If my understanding about this is incorrect, you will know as the world will just continue as per usual. On the other hand, if my interpretation of God’s Word is correct, there should be notable events, as per Jesus’ words that will occur between the two dates mentioned, having to do with wars, noticeable famine and plagues and large earthquakes around the world.

According to Jesus’ words we should expect to see an increase in wars around the world where some of the bigger nations will move to war with their counterparts. There will also be famines and diseases that will spread like wildfire – we already know that the Ebola virus has taken a great toll on people in West Africa and is still active. The Zika virus (probably an engineered GMO to control world population) which has not been seen in the past seems to be another candidate that could have a very serious impact on the world. With weather patterns changing dramatically over the past decade, famine and food shortages will have a profound impact in 2017, if this prophecy is understood correctly. Most importantly will be the increase in large earthquake activity around the globe as a result of the rogue planet/system, known as Nibiru, approaching the earth and affecting the earth with its strong magnetic field.

I believe it is God’s mercy and grace that is allowing a period of 9 months during which those people who doubt his Word and the timing of his coming, will have the opportunity to verify the information and signs as prophesied in his Word against the situation experienced on earth that will be playing out before our eyes. God has allowed his people who await his return to know that the time has come for our departure from this world by looking at the events around us in the world and marked by signs in the stars. These signs and prophecies have He provided for his Bride to know that his return to collect her and take her with him to heaven is imminent.

52

Pre-, Mid- or Post-Trib or Pre-Wrath

At this point I have to address the mid- and post-tribulation and pre-wrath Rapture views. In my opinion and based on the information that God has provided us in his Word, I think these views are very dangerous, as they assign attributes to our God which He has clearly shown us, is not part of his character. God has also said to his bride that He has not appointed her to wrath, but to salvation:

1Th_5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

If we look at the description given to us of the situation on earth when Yeshuah is opening the seals of earth’s title deed, we see that those who oppose God, at this point know whose wrath is being poured out against them. This is long before the 7th trumpet is blown.

Rev 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; 16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

We also know clearly from God’s Word that God, through his prophets, said that his wrath is meant for Israel, during Jacob’s Trouble and to those who choose this world above God and follow Satan:

Eph 5:5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Eph 5:6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. 7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them.

Yeshuah himself also clearly states that there will be those who will escape all the things that He prophesied on – notice that Yeshuah specifically says “ALL” these things – that literally means not experiencing ANY of it:

Luk_21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape ALL these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

53

Rev 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee FROM the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

We should also consider God’s pattern that He provided to us and that was discussed earlier, of his relationship towards those that He considers righteous. God is very meticulous in conveying that He does not pour out his wrath over those that He considers to be righteous. Remember that God said that we would have persecution in this world, but the source of this persecution is not God. Persecution comes as a result of Satan’s war against those that belong to Yeshuah. God is allowing this in the lives of people that willingly give Satan a legal opportunity to attack them, but God is definitely not the one that is persecuting those that love him. He has made a full payment for our sins on the cross and has done everything needed to redeem us completely – we are made new creations when his Holy Spirit comes and live within us and there is no longer anything that can separate us from the love of God. When God’s wrath is poured out as described in Revelation, it is poured out against Satan and those that sided with him as well as Israel for refusing to recognize their Messiah. There is a significant difference between believers’ persecution by Satan and God’s wrath poured out over those who find themselves in the Great Tribulation. God has specifically stated that He will not pour out his wrath over those that are righteous. He specifically stated to Lot through the angels that assisted in getting them out of Sodom and Gomorrah:

Gen 19:22 Haste thee, escape thither; for I cannot do any thing till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.

God does not change and is always the same. It is a fact and a very specific characteristic of our God that He does not pour out his wrath over those that have been made righteous through faith in Yeshuah. Paul goes as far as saying that those who are in Christ have been made the righteousness of God.

2Co_5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

These patterns have clearly been established in how Noah and Lot were treated when God poured out his wrath over the unrighteous. Everything that is described in Revelation 6 up to Revelation 19 has to do with God’s wrath and judgment over the world and its sin. It is also glaringly obvious that the Church (the “Ecclesia”) never features in the narrative where God’s seal, trumpet and bowl judgments are described. Some argue that the fact that the “elect” and the “saints” are mentioned in this section of Revelation, points to the fact that the Church will be present on earth during this time period. This is however not a valid assumption to make. The word that is used for church is “ecclesia”. It appears 20 times in the book of Revelation, but it is not mentioned once during the narrative when God’s judgment over the world is described. There is a reason for this – the Church will be attending the wedding in heaven during this time.

Keeping in mind the authority that Jesus assigned to the Church in Matthew 16:18 as previously discussed it is clear that any viewpoint other than that of the Church being removed before the Time of Jacob’s Trouble would make a liar out of God and would also go against the following passages:

Isa_55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

54

Tit_1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

We know there is only one father of the lie and that is Satan.

Joh_8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it

Satan is the deceiver; he is the one that would have God’s people assign attributes to our Heavenly Father that do not belong to him. He is the one that would convince a portion God’s Bride to believe that God is a wife-beater, so that they can be found without the “oil of gladness” in their lamps when the Bridegroom returns. Our God’s Word is Truth; He does not contradict Himself and can be relied upon with 100% confidence.

At two occasions as shown above, Yeshuah stated that we should watch and pray so that we can escape the things that are coming over this world and that God will keep those from the hour of temptation; those who keep his Word and do not twist the meaning so that they end up with contradictions.

If one then adopts a view that God will pour out any of his wrath over his Bride before she is taken away from the earth, one would assign the attributes of a wife-beater to God. God is not a wife-beater, but a loving father full of mercy and grace and will not let his Bride suffer any of his wrath, according to his own words! I believe this is also why the parable of the 10 virgins was given to show the two camps of believers on earth at the time of Yeshuah’s return. God’s view of his Bride is found in the passage below. How would it be possible for the Bride of Christ to suffer his wrath which starts out by opening the first seal, if the passage below is true?

Gen 18:25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

Remember that in the passage above, God is dictating the words that Moses is writing down. God is clearly showing us his heart towards them that He loves. Yeshuah also paid a very dear price to impute God’s righteousness to those that would accept his gift of salvation by becoming sin on their behalf:

2Co_5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

I believe that if a person believes that as a child of God they would have to suffer any of God’s wrath, after receiving the promises from God’s Word, they will be found without oil in their lamps when He returns for his Church. They have not come to know their Lord intimately and do not understand his character and God expects us to be in a relationship with him where we would know who He is and what characteristics define him. These believers, even though they are expecting his return, may see him enter into the wedding ceremony, being left outside, as they did not know their Bridegroom well

55

enough to accompany him. These believers may have to hear the soul destroying words of Yeshuah below, because they were not ready at the time that He comes to fetch his bride:

Mat 25:12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

The only view of the timing of the Rapture of the Church that would not violate God’s character that He has clearly given us in several instances, would be that of a pre-tribulation Rapture. Please study these aspects for yourself and ensure that you know your Saviour and his character, before He arrives, if you feel that you disagree.

So to summarize the patterns that are evident between the two sets of Feasts:

Spring Feasts Fall Feasts Prophecy given to Daniel containing information on the timing of the start of the set

Prophecy given to John containing information on the celestial configuration that will mark the beginning of this time

Start of the Spring Feast was marked by a very unusual celestial sign – a 3-hour long eclipse of the sun.

Start of the Fall Feasts is marked by a once-off celestial sign that intersects the date on which the First Fall Feast starts and has a lead-in period of 9 months, clearly foretold.

Start of the Spring Feasts were accompanied by an unknown celestial object which could obscure the sun for 3 hours – possibly Nibiru

Start of the Fall Feasts will be accompanied by an unknown celestial object – named “The Great Red Dragon” – possibly another Nibiru encounter this time obscuring Jupiter once it leaves the abdomen of Virgo.

Messiah as suffering servant is revealed on the FIRST Feast of the Spring Feasts Set

Israel’s True Messiah will be revealed as Lord of Lord and King of Kings on the LAST Feast (Tabernacles) of the Fall Feast Set

Start of Spring Feasts started on Day of Passover Start of the Fall Feasts starts on Day of Trumpets or Yom Teruah

Spring Feasts are specifically for Israel to observe Fall Feasts are specifically for Israel to observe The last Feasts of the Spring Feasts stopped Israel’s prophetic clock while God shifted his attention to the Gentile nations

The first Feast of the Fall Feasts will restart Israel’s prophetic clock and will leave a 7-year countdown

Many prophecies are given to describe Israel’s Messiah and the events that would take place during the Spring Feasts

The first prophecy in God’s Word points to the start of the Fall Feasts and the celestial marker given.

The last Spring Feast marked the beginning of God’s Church on earth

The First Fall Feast marks the end of God’s Church on earth.

The Spring Feasts has to do with God’s grace, mercy and compassion.

The Fall Feasts has to do with God’s righteousness and wrath.

Effects of an invisible celestial object was observed from earth without seeing the object itself

Effects of an invisible object obscuring Jupiter will be seen from earth possibly without seeing the object itself

Jacob’s Trouble

Let us next look at what will happen on earth once the Church is removed.

The Bible provides several clues to the conditions on earth, once the Church departs. There are many passages in the prophets where the woman in travail marker is associated with this time and used to describe what will happen on earth when this sign comes to pass. Keep in mind that during this time there will be hybrid beings on earth that will oppress humanity to the fullest extent. They are described as an “ancient nation”, “mighty men” “having an unknown language” – you can also find hints to these described in the passages below:

Isa 5:25 Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still. 6 And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold, they shall come with speed swiftly: 27 None shall be weary nor stumble among them; none shall slumber nor sleep; neither shall the girdle of their loins be loosed, nor the latchet of their shoes be broken: 28 Whose arrows are sharp, and all their bows bent, their horses' hoofs shall be counted like flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind: 29 Their roaring shall be like a lion, they shall roar like young lions: yea, they shall roar, and lay hold of the prey, and shall carry it away safe, and none shall deliver it. 30 And in that day they shall roar against them like the roaring of the sea: and if one look unto the land, behold darkness and sorrow, and the light is darkened in the heavens thereof.

Isa 13:3 I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness. 4 The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: the LORD of hosts mustereth the host of the battle. 5 They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even the LORD, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land. 6 Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty. 7 Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart shall melt: 8 And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames. 9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. 10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine. 11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible. 12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir. 13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger. 14 And it shall be as the chased roe, and as a sheep that no man taketh up: they shall every man turn to his own people, and flee every one into his own land. 15 Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword. 16 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished. 17 Behold, I will stir up the Medes against

57

them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it. 18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eye shall not spare children.

Isa 17:4 And in that day it shall come to pass, that the glory of Jacob shall be made thin, and the fatness of his flesh shall wax lean. 5 And it shall be as when the harvestman gathereth the corn, and reapeth the ears with his arm; and it shall be as he that gathereth ears in the valley of Rephaim. 6 Yet gleaning grapes shall be left in it, as the shaking of an olive tree, two or three berries in the top of the uppermost bough, four or five in the outmost fruitful branches thereof, saith the LORD God of Israel. 7 At that day shall a man look to his Maker, and his eyes shall have respect to the Holy One of Israel. 8 And he shall not look to the altars, the work of his hands, neither shall respect that which his fingers have made, either the groves, or the images. 9 In that day shall his strong cities be as a forsaken bough, and an uppermost branch, which they left because of the children of Israel: and there shall be desolation. 10 Because thou hast forgotten the God of thy salvation, and hast not been mindful of the rock of thy strength, therefore shalt thou plant pleasant plants, and shalt set it with strange slips: 11 In the day shalt thou make thy plant to grow, and in the morning shalt thou make thy seed to flourish: but the harvest shall be a heap in the day of grief and of desperate sorrow. Isa 21:1 The burden of the desert of the sea. As whirlwinds in the south pass through; so it cometh from the desert, from a terrible land. 2 A grievous vision is declared unto me; the treacherous dealer dealeth treacherously, and the spoiler spoileth. Go up, O Elam: besiege, O Media; all the sighing thereof have I made to cease. 3 Therefore are my loins filled with pain: pangs have taken hold upon me, as the pangs of a woman that travaileth: I was bowed down at the hearing of it; I was dismayed at the seeing of it. 4 My heart panted, fearfulness affrighted me: the night of my pleasure hath he turned into fear unto me.

Isa 26:16 LORD, in trouble have they visited thee, they poured out a prayer when thy chastening was upon them. 17 Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O LORD. 18 We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen. 19 Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Jer 5:11 For the house of Israel and the house of Judah have dealt very treacherously against me, saith the LORD. 12 They have belied the LORD, and said, It is not he; neither shall evil come upon us; neither shall we see sword nor famine: 13 And the prophets shall become wind, and the word is not in them: thus shall it be done unto them. 14 Wherefore thus saith the LORD God of hosts, Because ye speak this word, behold, I will make my words in thy mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall

58

devour them. 15 Lo, I will bring a nation upon you from far, O house of Israel, saith the LORD: it is a mighty nation, it is an ancient nation, a nation whose language thou knowest not, neither understandest what they say. 16 Their quiver is as an open sepulchre, they are all mighty men. 17 And they shall eat up thine harvest, and thy bread, which thy sons and thy daughters should eat: they shall eat up thy flocks and thine herds: they shall eat up thy vines and thy fig trees: they shall impoverish thy fenced cities, wherein thou trustedst, with the sword. 8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him: Joe 1:5 Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine, because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth. 6 For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion. 7 He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white. 8 Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth. Joe 2:1 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand; 2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. 3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them. 4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run. 5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array. 6 Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness. 7 They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: 8 Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded. 9 They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief. 10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: 11 And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

59

Rev 9:1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. 2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. 3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. 4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. 5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. 6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. 7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. 8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. 9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle. 10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months. 11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

The passages above describe some of the events that will occur after God has removed his church from earth. They are dreadful and will lead to only the remnant of Israel, who is protected by God to remain alive on earth at the end of it.

The entire world will be in chaos and people will be in fear as have never before been experienced on earth. When the Rapture occurs, people will not know what happened and whether a similar event would happen again. There will be lots of casualties on the day of the Rapture as a sudden disappearance of people will inadvertently lead to accidents, fatalities and destruction all over the world. What is further strange is the mention of Dead men that will live in the day of the celestial sign. Graves will be opened and people that were dead will be raised and will join those who are alive in meeting the Lord in the air. This would be a truly strange site to see for those that witness it and remain behind.

In all of the chaos, a leader will then emerge as the saviour of the world very soon after this event and will provide compelling reasons for what just happened and the mass disappearance of people. He will also focus his attention on Israel and establish a peace agreement between Israel and other nations for a period of 7 years.

This leader will most likely be a hybrid being – someone who looks human but will have superhuman abilities. He will be a mix between the seed of man and that of Satan based on the prophecy given by Daniel in chapter 2:43 as was discussed previously.

He will be able to capture audiences with well spoken diplomacy, but through his diplomacy he will destroy nations. He will enable Israel to rebuild the Temple and reinstate the sacrificial system and this will convince Israel that he is their long-awaited Messiah. Three and a half years into this period, the Temple will be finished and he will set himself up to be worshiped in Israel’s Temple. This will be

the marker that would indicate that the destruction of two thirds of the nation of Israel is about to occur – those who do not heed this warning will perish. At some point during his rule – most likely close the 3.5 year mark, there will be an assassination attempt where the Antichrist will receive a deadly head wound that would lead to his death, but he will come back to life filled with Satan’s spirit – imitating Yeshuah’s resurrection to the world’s amazement. After this the antichrist will no longer have the use of his right eye and right arm:

Zec_11:17 Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.

When we consider the impact of the celestial object known as the Great Red Dragon on the earth, there will be a significant impact. The earth will be pounded by asteroids/meteors of significant size that would lead to death and destruction all over the earth, when the earth passes through the tail of this object. The gravitational- and magnetic influence that this rogue planet/system will have on earth will be something that has never been seen before. Massive earthquakes and tsunamis will occur all over the world. The “Red Dragon’s” influence on the earth will lead to an acceleration of the earth’s rotation around its own axis. Days will be shortened from 24 hours to only 16 hours. Most likely as a result of a very large asteroid impact. This is seen in the passage below:

Rev_8:12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.

This shortening of the length of days during the Great Tribulation is also supported by God’s words to John and prophesied in the Old Testament:

Pro_10:27 The fear of the LORD prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened. Mar_13:20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

You can probably imagine what kind of forces would be needed to speed up the earth’s rotation so that days would be 8 hours shorter.

In Daniel we have a further reference to this situation and how the Antichrist will deal with this and when this event will occur:

Dan_7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

This passage also points out at what point the changes will occur. Midway through the 7-year period is when the length of the days will change. What exactly will cause the increase in the Earth’s rotational speed is not known, but that the earth’s rotational speed will increase, is sure.

Another aspect that I find fascinating is the fact that animal’s behaviour will change. Currently, animals have a natural fear for people and this is easy to see when driving around in a car. When you drive in a car, you can almost drive over birds in the road, without them flying away. But get out of the car and try to walk toward the same bird in the road and it will fly away with a substantial distance between you and the bird still remaining. God also stated in Genesis that he has put the fear of man upon the animals.

Gen_9:2 And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.

This fear will be removed during the 7-year period and man will no longer be safe. Animals that used to fear man will now attack without warning and will have no fear of man.

Rev_6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

Have you ever thought about why there are so many movies and series these days about Zombies? This is also a phenomenon that will stick its ugly head out during the Great Tribulation. People will long to die, but will not be allowed to die. More to the point, when people die today, their soul and spirit leave their body. During the Great Tribulation there will be a period of 5 months during which people whose bodies should have been disconnected from their soul and spirit will remain connected after they died. People will remain alive even when their bodies should not be physically able to support them as is the case today.

Rev 9:5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man. 6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

We also see from prophecies in Isaiah hints to this aspect that will form part of this period:

Isa_26:21 For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

There are also various passages in the books of the prophets in the Bible that describe those who will be waging war against people who are still on earth at that time. These are described in a similar way as those who lived in Noah’s day. They are called “mighty men” which also refer to the human-fallen angel hybrid creatures as shown below:

Jer 5:15 Lo, I will bring a nation upon you from far, O house of Israel, saith the LORD: it is a mighty nation, it is an ancient nation, a nation whose language thou knowest not, neither understandest what they say.

62

The passage above tells of an ancient and mighty nation that will come upon earth whose language will be unknown. This is interesting as today we can interpret all languages. To have a new language that nobody knows would be like having an alien race arrive and this is what will happen: An ancient race of hybrid beings – part human, part something else – will occupy the earth and will wage war against humanity under the leadership of Satan. They are called “mighty men” and this is usually used to refer to the Nephilim or hybrid species that are also spoken of in Genesis 6. They will be cruel and ruthless and strong and will not accept bribes or have any concern for people that they will kill.

It is quite intriguing is the fact that Damascus’ destruction seems to be lining up with the Rapture of the Church. We see in more than one passage that Damascus’ complete destruction is associated with a change in harvest where the gleaning grapes are left after Damascus is destroyed. Once again we have the woman in travail and sorrows marker that are associated with this city’s destruction. Below are some passages that point to this:

Jer 49:23 Concerning Damascus. Hamath is confounded, and Arpad: for they have heard evil tidings: they are fainthearted; there is sorrow on the sea; it cannot be quiet. 24 Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail. Isa 17:1 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap. 2 The cities of Aroer are forsaken: they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall make them afraid. 3 The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Syria: they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, saith the LORD of hosts. 4 And in that day it shall come to pass, that the glory of Jacob shall be made thin, and the fatness of his flesh shall wax lean. Isa 17:14 And behold at eveningtide trouble; and before the morning he is not. This is the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us.

I think you will agree with me that the time ahead as described in God’s Word will be a truly fearful period of time. God had to shorten the days to ensure that some flesh will remain to inhabit the 1,000 year rule that will follow.

Those who believe that we are currently in the Tribulation period and that some of the seals have already been opened, have in my opinion, no idea of what is installed for this world once the Rapture occurs. It will be a time as never seen before on Earth and there is not going to be any normality about it as we have today. These views are also deviating from God’s Word where it is clear that the very first thing to occur would be for the Time of Sorrows to provide signs and measurable indicators that the End-Time is about to commence. The End-Time will then start with the rapture of God’s Church from earth and the first seal that is mentioned in Revelation, opened almost immediately thereafter, to reveal the identity of the Antichrist.

Conclusion

God has given us wisdom to divide his Word in Truth. He has allowed us to discover the times and the signs that are associated with it and to know when the Church age will come to an end. He has done this through prophecy, celestial signs and appointed times that indicate fulfilment of his Feast Days. We know that we have very little time left before the Lord starts Israel’s prophetic clock again and removes his Bride from this world. Those who are left on earth after the Rapture may at first think that the world has entered a golden utopian age of world peace and safety without the Christians around to spoil their fun, but in the end, those who believe the lies about ascension and living on higher planes of reality will still have a choice to make in the end: to choose to serve Satan and lose their soul forever, or choose to accept death at the hands of Satan’s seed and in the process, receive everlasting life from God.

You may ask, what is needed for me to be in the group that depart with those who belong to God when He removes his Church from the earth? Well, salvation is a free gift of God that allows you to receive the righteousness of Yeshuah by accepting his gift of everlasting life that He has provided out of his love for you. Yeshuah knows your intimately and desires a personal relationship with you. He created you and has a very specific purpose for you in mind and longs for you to be part of his family – just as He made me and revealed his character and plans in the months to come through me, to warn those who would be reading this. Ultimately, God made us in his image to give him glory and that is what we do best if we accept his invitation. You have to invite Yeshuah into your life and give your life to him. It means surrendering your life freely to him and following him, wherever He may lead you and to experience what it means to be a son of God. When God comes to live within you with his Holy Spirit, you become a new creation, sealed by his Spirit and a fellow heir with Jesus who is our Lord and Saviour. We may not know everything that pertains to our inheritance at this point, but the Bible is clear that in the ages to come, we will know and understand what it is that God had in mind for those who belong to him:

Eph 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

Would you not consider giving your life to the Lord today, while there is still time to do so? It is a free gift from God and all that is required on your part is to accept it and to thank him for his love for you.

If you do not know how to do this – here is a prayer that you can pray to invite the only true God into your life and to become a new creation – one that belongs to the family of God and who will be kept from the time that is about to come over the earth to enjoy the glory that God has made us to experience, from the foundation of the world:

“Heavenly Father, I know that you love me with all your heart. I know that I am guilty and my life is sinful. I am lost without your saving grace and I know that I can do nothing to earn my own salvation. Please forgive me for not obeying you – for not loving you with all of my heart or my neighbour as myself. Please cleanse me from all my sins through the precious blood of your Son, Jesus Christ. Today, I choose an intimate relationship with you.

64

Lord Jesus, I have heard your voice and I open the door of my heart to you, please come into my life and make me a new creation according to your Word. Please fill me now with your Holy Spirit so that I can love you back and live the life that you have created me to live. Help me also to live my life so that I can be pleasing in your eyes. Thank you for your grace and love and keep me until you return to establish your Kingdom on Earth. This I pray in the name above all names: Jesus Christ and I thank you for now coming into my life. Please use my life in your Kingdom from this day forward. Amen.” The time is very short and September 23rd, 2017 is around the corner. I hope that you will make the right choice, while the wedding invitation is still open for an RSVP.

Until we meet him in the air!
