- Honesty BarFor your convenience we have placed somerefreshments in the mini bar fridge in yourroom. Any items consumed will be charged toyour room to be settled before checking out.

- Wi-FiBecause Wi-Fi is essential for many travellers,our Wi-Fi is complimentary. Wi-Fi details areconveniently framed in our rooms as well as inthe lounging area for you to communicateeasily and enjoy the entertainment equipped inthe televisions.

- Entertainment Each of our rooms are equipped with smarttv’s so our guests can stream their favouriteshows from ShowMax, Netflix and YouTube orsearch for entertainment of your choosing onGoogle. Please contact our caretaker ormanagement should you not have a personalsubscription to sign into, and / or need anyhelp signing in.

We have also placed a few board games in thelounge area for guests who wish to entertainthemselves in the lounge area.

- Laundry ServicesWe offer a full washing, tumble drying andironing service.To utilize the laundry service please make useof the laundry bag in your room and ensureyou place your bag on the chair in your roomwith a notice of which service you are optingfor below:Same day service - R200 per loadNext day service - R150 per loadShould you simply wish to iron your clothing,you are welcome to use the iron and ironingboard in the kitchen, free of charge. Pleaseplace these items where you found them.

-KitchenSince iThonsi Guesthouse and Spa is a self-catering establishment; we have fully equippedthe kitchen for guests who wish to make theirown meals. In our effort to promote greenliving, self-catering guests are welcome to pickproduce of interest from our home growngarden for their meal preparation.

- Living areaGuests are welcome to make use of the livingarea which includes a tv lounge and aboardroom table which serves function fordining and as a workspace.Because this is a common area, please keep ittidy at all times.

- Outdoor areaWe have conveniently placed some outdoorseating for guests to enjoy our garden.Guests are also welcome to make use of thegrill. Please extinguish your fire should you useit.

- Parking Guests are welcome to park on the propertyfree of charge. Please ask our caretaker todirect you where to park upon check in.

- For your safety and security, the main gate andthe pedestrian gate are only operated by ourproperty caretaker. Should you wish to enter the property, please alert us via the main gateintercom. Should you wish to exit the property,please alert us via the intercom in the loungearea.

- All inhouse breakfast and lunch orders are tobe placed at least a day in advance.

- Should you use the kitchen for any cooking orfood preparation, kindly clean it after use.

- Please keep the common areas tidy at all times.

- Each of our rooms occupy a maximum of twoguests.

- Each guest is responsible for maintaining theguestroom items. Should you decide to take anyof these articles, the value of the item will becharged to your room.

- Please note that our rooms and living area arenon-smoking areas. Guests who smoke areencouraged to use the outside areas away fromthese areas.

- As we aim to make our rooms comfortable forall guests, please be considerate where noise isconcerned.

- Although at Ithonsi Guesthouse and Spa ourpriority is to protect our guests and theirbelongings, we are not liable for any damage orloss. Please place your belongings safely in yourroom and lock your room as you come in andout.
