Ra was the most important god in Ancient

Egypt. He was the god of the sun. He had the

head of a hawk and the body of a man. On his

head was a snake and he would hold a scepter

in his hands.

Isis was the god of magic. Her mom and dad were Nut and Geb.

The Egyptians prayed for the gods all the time.

The gods were a big part of there life back

then. A few important gods including Ra were

worshiped by the pharaoh and priests. The

Egyptians always wanted to please there gods

and make them happy.
