    Well History:

Well got stuck-up on 29th June. It went on Work over on 17th October. After

WOJ, the cards obtained depicted TV leakage.

    Recommendations & performance (if any):

Pump reseating was recommended on 12th November and was reseated on

13th November. No change in card shape observed after pump reseating.

    Remarks and Specific Observations

A decreasing trend in well test production was observed even before project

    initiation.

    Well History:

Well went on WOJ on 13th November 2010. Not much of change observed

    after work over.

    Recommendations & performance (if any):

Travelling valve closure problem and/or worn out valves envisaged.

    Remarks and Specific Observations

No production was observed in this well since the start of the project. Well

was shut down for three months due to uneconomical producing rate.

    Well History:

Rod got stuck-up on 1st July 10 (just after the start of the project). Reason

could not be inferred. Well came back from WOJ on 23rd August 10. HOC was

done on 8th September 10. Prominent valve leakage and/or split barrel

    tendency was observed since then.

    Recommendations & performance (if any):

Check for split barrel was recommended on 29th Sep. 2010 and the well was

consequently shut down for another WOJ on 30th Aug. 2010.

    Remarks and Specific Observations

No production has been observed since the WOJ.

    Well History:

Frequent flip cards were observed till August 2010. Unit vibration check and

repositioning was recommended and performed on 26th August 2010. Normal

cards are obtained since then with kinks in the cards occasionally.

    Recommendations & performance (if any):

Vibration check due to Flip cards was recommended as mentioned above.

SPM reduction was recommended due to high gas interference, on 10th Oct.

2010 and was reduced from 3.5 to 2.15 on 29th Oct. 2010. Cards showing

better fillage have been observed since then.

    Remarks and Specific Observations

Average production from this well is about 15 bfpd, the data for June, July and

August 2010 are highly misleading (with productions of 47, 29 and 31 bfpd

    respectively).

Increase in production has been observed after SL change.

SPM reduced to 2.1 on 26th Nov. 2010. Well under observation.

    Well History:

Rod got stuck-up on 2nd Oct. 2010. HOC was done to release stuck-up on 3rd

Oct. 2010. But, stuck-up could not be released and Well was under WOJ from

29th Oct. 2010 to 14th Nov. 2010. Cards with valve leakage observed after

WOJ. Installation of pump with service valves confirmed from ONGC.

    Recommendations & performance (if any):

HOC was recommended due to high rod stress and card area on 14th Aug.

2010. HOC was done on 17th Sep. 2010. No change in card shape was

    observed after that.

    Remarks and Specific Observations

Decreasing trend well test production observed from May 2010 to September

    Well History:

Fluctuating trend in card area and load span was observed and Pulley

was reported to be broken on 8th Sep. 2010.It was repaired on 10th

    Sep.

Frequent flip cards were also observed and the unit was repositioned

and balanced on 5th Sep. 2010.

Frequent electrical panel and Motor problems were observed which

can be attributed to Load fluctuations.

    Recommendations & performance (if any):

Recommended for SPM increase from 6.5 to 8.5 on 28th July. SPM was

increased on 27th August but due to abnormal increase in water cut it was

    reverted to 6.5 on 20th Sep. 2010.

    Remarks and Specific Observations

Water cut values have been observed to be increasing but oil production is

    33/55

    Well History:

Nomajor interventions occurred in this well. Well is running under stable load

    & stress values limits.

    Recommendations & performance (if any):

Recommended for SPM decrease from 3.5 to 2.5 on 2nd Nov 2010. SPM was

decreased to 1.8 on 16th November 2010. Fillage in cards improved a lot after

SPM reduction but production has also gone down. Reason might decreasing

SPM lower than what was recommended (2.5).

    Remarks and Specific Observations

Test data of October and august is highly misleading.

    Well History:

High rod stresses were observed since 14th July. Distorted cards were

observed since 3rd August. After placing dead weights on the unit, better

cards were observed. HOC was carried out on well on 28th August, the

decrease in load values was observed just for 3 days. The load started

increasing from 31st August. The loads are now stable in a range of 7000 to

    15000lbs.

    Recommendations & performance (if any):

HOC was recommended for high rod stress and increasing loads.

Vibration check to check for distorted cards.

    Remarks and Specific Observations

It has been observed that after placing of dead weights the vibrations have

reduced and better cards were observed. But recently cards with kinks are

obtained frequently. The well goes on Lo-Lo Load shut down. Vibration at the

start of upstroke has been confirmed from ONGC, ALS Dept.

    Well History:

From the production history graph shown above, it is clearly seen the rapid

    Recommendations & performance (if any):

Recommendation for SPM reduction was given keeping in view to increase

the pump fillage, after that shape of the card changed as shown above in the

case of special card. Production was still not observed and polished rod was

getting heated. So it was decided to shut down the well.

    Remarks and Specific Observations

Before SPM increase it was observed that fillage increases by 40-50% after

the well comes from its idle time (15mins). But those improved fillage cards

last for just 5 mins; after that again fillage goes back to 25%(as shown in
