The Seller will be informed about receipt of Buyer’s payment and is the signal to commence order fulfillment. UIBusiness may also arrange for any loan the Seller may need in Seller’s country.

The Buyer, in a closed transaction has to deposit the purchase value with UIBusiness’ bank in Buyer’s country. Such funds will be held in escrow until deal is completed as per Sale Agreement.

Once the sale is completed as per the Sale Agreement UIBusiness will pay Seller in Seller’s country at the price agreed in the Sale Agreement, less 5% Sales Support fee.
