EVENT MISSION:

To host the Third Annual 3 on 3 stand up amputee tournament.

ATTENDEE DEMOGRAPHICS:

Attendees include athletes in the competing sport as well as spectators including family and friends, Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center members, community partners and aspiring athletes.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

The event is in its third year and is the only of its kind. This specifi c event includes athletes with both upper and lower extremity amputations and its main focus is to reach out nationally to encourage those athletes that use prosthetics to stand up and play. This year’s event will include both recreational and competitive divisions to compete in a double elimination bracket tourna-ment schedule. After the conclusion of the tournament there will be a 5 on 5 demonstration game for players who would like to participate. There is no clinic this year.
