your account.

“change password”.

password?

„Retrieve Your

Password page‟.

2. Enter and submit

your User ID

(email address).

Your password

will be sent

to your

address.

How many meetings can

You can host as

many meetings

What if Java cannot be installed?

Manually install

How to Uninstall Yugma

WINDOWS

Click Windows

Start Menu.

Go to Yugma folder;

click Yugma

Uninstaller.

MAC

Click Macintosh

Hard Drive.

Open the folder

“Users”.

Open the folder with

your user name/

account.

Open the folder with

“Applications”.

Drag folder

“Yugma” into trash

icon of Mac Dock.

Hold CTRL key;

click on Yugma

icon.

Choose menu item

“Remove from

Dock”.

LINUX

Delete Yugma

folder from the

folder/home/(your

Linux user name)/.

Start UsingYugma

Click on “Get an

Account” at

www.yugma.com.

Register for a

Trial Premium

account.

AFTER 15 DAYS

IT TURNS INTO A

FREE ACCOUNT

YOUR YUGMA ID

WILL BE THE

E-MAIL ADDRESS

YOU USED TO

REGISTER

Click on “Start a

Session” from any

Yugma page.

YOU NEED JAVA TO

INSTALLATION

Click on “ActiveX

Control”.

Click “Install”.

Click “Accept”.

YOU CAN CHOOSE

GOOGLE BAR

JAVA.

Make a choice and

click

“Next”.

INSTALLATION

INTERNET SPEED

When Java is

installed, click

“Finish”.

Click “Run” or

“Save” to download

Yugma.

THE YUGMA

INSTALLER

WILL RUN.

YUGMA WILL

AUTOMATICALLY

INSTALLED

Enter your

Yugma ID and

password;

click “Start”.

YUGMA WILL

START LOADING

YUGMA PANEL

HOST The person who

started the session.

PRESENTER The current person

allowed to share

Desktop.

Click “Invite

Contacts”; attendee

is required to install

Yugma to interact.

How to Invite Someone to Join

your Session

Click “Invite

Contacts to View

Only”; not required

to install Yugma.

The Yugma Panel

This section shows

your session ID

and conference

call number.

This also shows

your current

bandwidth

(green bars).

Click the round

button to the right of

the Session ID.

Copy the link to

your session into

your PC‟s clipboard.

Paste it into a chat

session or e-mail.

The File Menu

Get Plug-ins.

Settings – where

various settings are

changed.

Start/Join/End a

Session – where you

manually control the

sessions.

Rejoin a Session –

if you were

temporarily

disconnected.

Exit –

when you want to

quit a session.

The X in the upper

right hand corner

minimizes Yugma

without quitting.
