Let’s start with our insight

INSIGHT Advertising is a young industry – the medium

age of people who work here is around 30 years

old. This problem persists because of the ageism

stereotype: after a certain age, agencies are

reticent to hire people, even though they have the

expertise and skills they are looking for.

In order to overcome this problem, we must

change the conversation and the perspective.

Older potential employees are the past’s

young creatives.

They are the X generation.

They are the EX-employees of the

advertising industry.

They are EXperienced.

They are the EX’es.

EX’es concept to

life?

EXvertising.com – a recruitment platform, with a mechanism similar to Tinder. Here, the advertising industry can get in touch with their EX’es by using profiles. Once they swipe right, it’s a match (and an interview)!

LINKEDIN-where our campaign gains attention

It’s the platform where companies’ managers make connections, where recruiters constantly look for

candidates, where job seekers show their virtual CV.

How does it work?

We make two EX’es profiles (a male and a

female)

We add managers

and HR representants

on our proffessional

network.

They access

the profile and are directed

to the website.
