A Customer Database is an organized collection of comprehensive information about individual customers

or necessary prospects

Use Databases to contact, transact, and build customer relationships

Make ‘em Happy :)

We must understand our customers if we are to keep

them smiling :)

Pros

To identify prospects

To decide which offer for which customer

To deepen customer loyalty

To reactivate customer purchases

To avoid serious customer mistakes

Cons

Not conducive to every situation

It is a costly method

Not every employee is customer oriented

Not all customers want a relationship with the company

The assumptions behind CRM

may be wrong
