4 P’s:

Homework Policy• Weekly homework packet with the

following assignments: – Reading: 30 minutes a night + Reading Log

– Math: One worksheet per night

– Science assignment

Reward = $ on paycheck and Honor Roll free time on Fridays

Consequence = 10 sentences, no Honor Roll free choice time

Monthly Reading Goal

• 3 books per month at your child’s reading level

• 30 minutes of reading homework each night • Each student must read, test, and pass

(80% or better) a minimum of 3 A.R. books each month.

• Non-A.R. book? Must submit a 1-page written (or 2-page typed) book report

• Must make goal to make Honor Roll the last week of the month!

Weekly Paychecks

• 4 P’s• Homework• Sent home on Fridays• Due back Monday with parent and

student signature for $ deposit.

Classroom Rewards*Bonus $$ given for:• Homework and class work turned in on time

• Working cooperatively (Table Points)

• Following directions, diligence, good behavior … being a friend

Monthly Auction

• I log auction points earned• Convert to play money• Students bid on various items• Students conduct the auction• DONATIONS WELCOME
