I've decided to make available the various filings submitted to the Southern District of New York and Second Circuit because transparency is key. I believe the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary is in question and at this stage in litigation, the public is the only form of checks and balances that can possibly hold the Court (our various leaders of our country) accountable for its numerous harmful errors that continue to deteriorate the African American community.
