SETTINGS FOR REFERRAL WORKLISTS

• Hide referrals that have been marked complete or cancelled

ASSIGN TO USER

• This allows assignment of referrals to yourself, other users, or a workgroup

• You can only assign one user to a referral at one time

• A referral can change user assignment multiple times

• Drastically improves office workflow • “My List”

• Use the search tab! • Filter the information • Can use multiple filters, for example …

“Referral Status = Scheduled” AND “Last Updated = Yesterday”

• Find “Cancels to acknowledge” • Following up with a receiving office
