Each year we feature a limited number of Breakthrough Workshops. These truly special offerings are designed to provide an experience which makes the most of each location while focusing on your growth.

Breakthrough workshops were designed with you in mind: a highly individualized experience within a rich, group setting.

Weʼve extended the experience beyond the week in an effort to make the most of our time together and ensure that you keep going long after the workshop ends. Two, pre-workshop assignments help us get to know your work and assess your areas for growth during the week. We tailor daily workshop assignments to help you reach the goals we set together and work with you during field shoots to apply new techniques.

The workshop concludes with two-on-one time with us to reinforce your progress and set your course. After the workshop, we follow up in 3 months to ensure that youʼre still on track.

Thereʼs a reason we keep coming back to this fantastic city. It could be the gorgeous architecture, the unending macro possibilities, or the nautical scenes and coastal landscapes. Regardless, Victoria has become our favorite workshop location over the last decade and this will be our last time in this amazing setting.

Youʼll be hard pressed to choose a favorite location from the week. World renown Butchart Gardens with its 55 lush acres will have you wishing the workshop was twice as long. The Parliament building and inner harbor at night will captivate you with their spectacular color. Fishermanʼs Warf and China Town add to the cityʼs flavor, while Hatley Castle and Fisquard Lighthouse lend to the weekʼs variety.
