Every day, a small ant arrives at work very early and

starts work immediately . Moãi ngaøy, chuù kieán nhoû ñeàu ñi laøm raát sôùm vaø 

baét tay vaøo vieäc ngay.

He produces a lots and very happy.

Chuù kieán laøm vieäc raát gioûi, vaø luoân vui veû.

The Chief, a l ion,

was surprised to see

that the ant was working

without supervision.

OÂng chuû cuûa chuù, laø con sö töû, raát ngaïc nhieân khi thaáy chuù kieán laøm vieäc maø khoâng caàn söï giaùm 

saùt.

He thought if the ant can

produce so much without

supervision, wouldn’t she

produce even more if she had

a supervisor!Con sö töû suy nghó, chuù kieán 

ñaõ coù theå laøm toát maø khoâng caàn giaùm saùt, vaäy neáu coù ngöôøi giaùm saùt thì chaéc chuù kieán coøn laøm toát 

hôn gaáp boäi!

So he recruited a cockroach

who had extensive

experience as supervisor

and who was famous for

writ ing excellent reports.

The cockroach’s f irst

decision was to set up a

clocking in attendance

He also needed a secretary

to help him write and type

. . . he recruited a spider,

who managed the archives

and monitored all phone

The lion was delighted with the cockroach's reports

and asked him to produce graphs to describe production

rates and to analyse trends, so that he could use them for presentations at Board‘s

So the cockroach had to buy a new computer and

manage the IT

The ant, who had once been so productive and relaxed, hated this new plethora of paperwork and

meetings which used up most of her t ime…!Nhaéc tôùi con kieán, luùc tröôùc laøm vieäc raát chaêm vaø thoaûi maùi, giôø raát laø böïc mình vì nhöõng coâng vieäc giaáy tôø vaø nhöõng cuoäc hoïp voâ boå laøm maát heát 

thôøi gian cuûa noù...!

The lion came to the

conclusion that it was high

t ime to nominate a person

in charge of the

department where the ant

worked. OÂng chuû sö töû ñi ñeán keát luaän laø caàn phaûi cöû moät ngöôøi laøm quaûn lyù nguyeân caû boä phaän maø con kieán 

ñang laøm vieäc.

The posit ion was given to the

cicada, whose f irst decision was

to buy a carpet and an ergonomic

chair for his off ice.

Chöùc vuï oâng chuû nhoû naøy ñöôïc giao cho 1 con ve saàu, vaø quyeát 

ñònh ñaàu tieân cuûa con ve laø mua ngay 1 caùi thaûm ñeïp vaø moät caùi gheá thaät eâm cho phoøng laøm vieäc

The new person in charge, the cicada, also needed a computer and a personal assistant, who he brought from his previous department, to help

him prepare a Work and Budget Control Strategic Optimisation Plan

The Department where the ant

works is now a sad place, where

nobody laughs anymore and

everybody has become upset...

I t was at that t ime that the

cicada convinced the boss

, the l ion, of the absolute

necessity to start a

cl imatic study of the

Having reviewed the

charges for running the

ant’s department , the

l ion found out that the

production was much

less than before.

So he recruited the

owl , a prestigious and

renowned consultant

to carry out an audit

and suggest

The owl spent three months in the department and came up with an enormous report , in several volumes,that concluded : “ “ The department is The department is overstaffed .. .”overstaffed .. .”

Con cuù boû ra 3 thaùng ñeå nghieân cöùu veà vaên phoøng vaø vieát moät baùo caùo khoång loà, leân ñeán vaøi

The ant , of course, because he “showed lack of motivation and had a negative
