Check in is obligatory for the cyclists!You must check in your bike and your

transition bags. Otherwise those items will not be available on Race Day

Non-checked material can not be used in the Race

Check-in closes at 18:00 on Friday!

Pass the timing chip to the runner in the Relay Area

RUNNER follow the course in the Transition area and start the Run

General Rules

It is forbidden to:Cut or fold your start numberGet help from third partiesGet race provisions outside of the official

Energy Stations

SWIM Rules

It is mandatory to swim without your race number

The wet items must be taken to the transition area

BIKE rules

Drafting is forbiddenThe helmet must be worn at all

times with the chinstrap closed The race number must be

visibly worn on your lower backRespect the rules of the roadKeep on the left and Do not cut cornersEscorting (car, motobike, bike, ...) and

assistance is forbidden

No Drafting

The distance between two athletes (Drafting zone) is 3x7m (front tyre to back tyre)

If you enter in this zone, you willreceive a black card

You are responsible for going to the prison upon your return to the Transition Area

If you do not go to the prison you are disqualified

Penalties / Cards= warning (get back into conformity)

= 3 minutes penalty in Prison

= 6 minutes penalty

= disqualification =

RUN rules

Wear the race number visibly on your frontIf you use a start number belt, wear it on

your waistlineYou must not run toplessEscorting (bike, roller,

runner, ...) and assistance is forbidden

General Rule

A referees decision shall be final.

Or:

Protests must be handed before 17h00 to an official race referee with the provided form together with the protest fee of € 50.

What if...QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

If...

You lose your timing chip, get a new one at the penalty tent in the transition area

You have to give up, let a refereee know you give up. Your family might ask us at the Info point – you are obliged to tell us what happenedAlso let us know if you return to the race area

or if you‘ll be back at your hotel
