STUDENTS: DO YOU HAVE A BELT? ! Belts should be picked up in room 137 before
going to your locker and Advisory.! After 8 AM, students are to remain in their AP
classes and belts will be delivered to each and every AP class.
! AP Teachers, please let the student helpers know who needs a belt.
! Students, you will have to print out your name and 6th hour teacher on the clipboard.

8th Grade High School Registration News!
Lanphier, Southeast, and Springfield High will be here today to talk to 8th grade students about registration.
● Lanphier will be in room 227. ● Southeast will be in the library. ● Springfield High will be in the choir room (105).
Students will be broken into 3 groups according to their last name. Students need to report to first hour for attendance, and teachers will release students to their designated areas. An announcement will be made right after the bell with which last names that should be attending the registration talk. Students will be sent back to class as soon as the registration talk concludes and an announcement will be made for the next group.
High School Preview Night
All 8th grade students are invited to attend High School Preview Night. It will be held Wednesday, January 8th at 6:00 p.m. at each public high school. Students should attend the preview night at the high school where they are currently registered.
FMS - The Champions of Charity! FMS Annual Hat and Glove and Blessing Bag Drive
Attention All FMS Students
We are collecting UNUSED hats and gloves and Blessing Bags. A Blessing Bag is a bag filled will 4 toiletries/travel size items for those less fortunate.
A collection box is located down in the main lobby.
We hope to make a special delivery before the temperatures really drop.
7th Grade Beta Club News!
- The next Beta Club meeting will be FRIDAY, January 10th - in the library - during Advisory Period. All members must attend!
- Beta members: Hat/Scarf/Gloves and Blessing Bags can be dropped off in room 235 - mark your name off the list.
- If you have any questions, see Mrs. Zinnen.

FMS Go Blue for ALS!! The annual FMS “Go Blue” basketball game to benefit the
ALS association is Wednesday, January 15th vs Blessed Sacrament. Tip-off is 4:00 PM.
! Students must leave the building and return. The doors open at 3:00PM.
! We are asking students not to go to Hy-Vee or Caribou to hang out after school.
! Start thinking about your “blue” costume for the game!
Order forms are available in room 122 & on the FMS website. Make checks out to FMS.
