Apply an Educational Award online as Easy as 1 – 2 – 3

Go to http://www.toastmasters.org

then click on Login button for signing in

Then type in your username and password:

If you still don’t have it, you may request it from the

headquarters

After signing in, click the Officer

Resources’ button

At the officer resource page scroll down the screen till

you see the club central button

After signing in, click on the club central button to add an

award

At the club central page, here are the list where you can

conduct some business tasks

But you need to click on the link of your club

before you can do any of these

Then click on the apply for educational

award link

Then use the drop down button to select the

member’s name you will be applying an award

for. Then confirm!

After confirming, use the drop down button to

select the award you are applying for.

At the application page scroll down the

screen

Then you fill up form with the speech project details of the member.

Select the Manual

Enter the respective speech title and date it

was conducted for each project

Repeat the procedure for the next manual

After filling out the form select whether a letter

will be sent to the employer

When you intend to send a letter for the

member’s employer you will be asked to fill out

the new form, then confirm

Scroll down and review the application

After reviewing, At the bottom page confirm your application by

submitting the filled up form. Then click confirm

button

Congratulations!!!You have just submitted your very first award application!!!
