pick up your assigned shift times and locations Greek pairings- 4 volunteers for 4 2-hour shifts Orgs and Residence Halls- 4 volunteers for 2 2-hour

shifts You are responsible for finding people to work your

assigned shifts, who will check in with us upon arrival We will also email out your shifts to make sure you

got them

NEXT WEEK, October 4th. Proof on Contact must include an attached design for

owner/manager. This is due at the liaison meeting on October 11th

Each grouping will get one black and one gold window paint from MAA

If you are in a Greek grouping a member from each chapter must be present while decorating, but it is not required to use all of the allotted time. Decorating will take place from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
