Masters of Bosnian / Croatian / Serbian language and literature will be able to respond to various demands and needs of society:
as teachers in primary and secondary schools experts or consultants in media and publishing houses (lectors)
cultural and educational institutions government bodies etc...

Apart from the above mentioned masters of BCS language and literature will be competent to nurture and develop the dignity as well as prosperity of the mother tongue.
Having in mind that the Faculty of Philosophy has the first cycle B / C / S language and literature it is utterly justifiable to enable students to continue study at the second cycle.

Additional reasons for the study program
Compliance with the mission and strategy of BUs of UNZE. Study of language and literature is a fundamental study at each university that develops humanities, pedagogical-psychological and educational scientific and technical disciplines.
This study program represents a cultural and social identity and integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is therefore in the interest of the University that within their organizational units has a study program of Bosnian / Croatian / Serbian language and literature.

TERMS OF ENROLLMENT
Students who have completed their studies B / C / S language and literature at the Faculty of Philosophy (UNZE) or at another university in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Candidates who have completed undergraduate related humanities and social fields with a minimum of 40 ECTS points from the grammatical subjects of B / C / S language with additional examinations of relevant subjects related to B / C / S language and literature (which is determined by the Faculty Council)

Additional requirements for students enrollment
Master's degree candidates with the recommendation of two teachers from the field of adequate undergraduate studies who will give a positive evaluation of a candidate's ability to continue study.
One of

Requirements for the 3th cycle – doctoral studies
According to the existing regulations students (after completing the second cycle) can enroll the 3th cycle – doctoral studies (minimum 240 ECTS up to 300 ECTS).
The average grade of undergraduate studies must be at least 8.
