| FOOD & BEVERAGE | Please allow us to assist with themes, decorations and music to enhance your event. In cooperation with Colorado State Food and Liquor Licensing: No food or beverage (alcoholic or otherwise) to be consumed in public areas may be brought into the Hotel by the client, guest, or attendee from outside sources without notice, approval, and assessment of appropriate corkage and service fees. All food and beverage prices are subject to change. Catering menu prices will be confirmed within six months of the scheduled program. We must receive your menu selections a minimum of 14 business days prior to event. If we do not receive your Selections, the Hotel will select menus on your behalf and charge accordingly. Under no circumstances may food or beverages be removed from the property after a function.
| TAX & SERVICE CHARGES | The hotel will require a minimum food and beverage revenue guarantee to reserve event space and/or date as indicated in the letter of agreement. All food and beverage catered events are subject to a 23% service charge and applicable sales tax. The hotel will apply such charges to the prices of all products and services provided, unless otherwise noted. Room rental charges may be applied to any type of event. Charges will vary according to the size or nature of the set up, and these charges will be indicated on the Banquet Event Order. The hotel, at its option, may charge additional room rental if scheduled times are not followed or the starting time of any meeting, food or beverage event is delayed.
| GUARANTEES | All pre-selected dinner entrées must be guaranteed 72 business hours in advance. An entrée indicator must be visible on your place cards, (place cards supplied by the client). Vegetarian entrée will be provided as a third entrée selection- Chef’s choice. Buffet stations are available for two hours. A 50 person minimum is required for all wedding packages.
| DECORATIONS, DISPLAYS & ENTERTAINMENT | Flowers, candles, and greenery provide a lovely atmosphere to make your function special. Our Catering Office will be happy to suggest vendors. The Hotel will not permit affixing anything to the walls, floors, or ceiling with nails, staples, carpet tape, or other substance. Please consult your Catering Manager for assistance in displaying material. Sign easels are not permitted in the Hotel Atrium. The Catering Office can recommend music or entertainment for your program. If you make the arrangements yourself the Hotel reserves the right to ask the client and/or entertainers to lessen the volume and, if necessary, to perform without amplification. Appropriate attire is required, and the Banquet Supervisor may monitor the entertainment for volume and inappropriate content. Bands, disc jockeys, and entertainers must be completely set-up at least thirty minutes prior to the arranged opening of the function room. All disc jockeys, musicians, and entertainers are to be completely self-equipped and self-set. Supplementary electrical power is subject to additional charges.
| VALET PARKING | Limited onsite valet parking is available on an established fee basis. Appropriate charges will be collected individually from guests, however, with proper credit approval; arrangements can be made to apply Group charges to the master account. The Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to automobiles or their contents while parked on Hotel property. Hotel offers valet parking only, subject to availability. Current prices are as follows, and are subject to change without notice: 0-4 hours $15.00: 4-8 hours $20.00; 8+ or overnight $33.00.
