• Login Stats*

• Print Expansion Status (M,I,F,X)

• Print System Status (M,I,F,S)

• Check CSIDirect Open/Closed calls*

Things to do Monthly

• Clean up Create Lists• Remove Logins & Initials no longer

needed*• Change passwords for Initials used

by departed employees*• Check contention groups*• Encourage users to change Initials

• Review & Clean Up– Templates– System Codes– Location Tables– Loan Rules & Determiner Table– Run Lists to look for Bad Codes and
