• Backups– Verify Full Backup (A, B, V)– Initialize Full Backup (A, B, U, I)

• Check Transaction Files, Record Counts, Database files & index blocks

• Check System Messages• Track HelpDesk calls

Things to do Weekly

• Login Stats*

• Print Expansion Status (M,I,F,X)

• Print System Status (M,I,F,S)

• Check CSIDirect Open/Closed calls*

Things to do Monthly

• Clean up Create Lists• Remove Logins & Initials no longer

needed*• Change passwords for Initials used

by departed employees*• Check contention groups*• Encourage users to change Initials
