Accessing Assessments

1. Enter your UAL username and password and click “Submit”

2. Click on the “Course Name

4. Click on “Assessments”

5. A list of Superusers for this course can be found at the bottom of the page.

3. Assessments held on the Registry Database (QL) will be available.

Updating Assessments

1. Click on “Settings”

2. Update and click on “Save”.

Revoking Assessment

Publish Assessment

1. Select feedback to

be published

1. Click “Publish”

1. Click the Revoke button

next to the student ID.

2. Click OK

Note: Email notification will go to the Student, grades will be automatically pushed through to Registry

Database (QL) and all the Superusers will receive an email from Registry (ar-systemsunit@arts.ac.uk).

Please note, if this is a Custom Assessment grades will not be automatically pushed through to Registry

Database (QL), this will need to be by hand, and all the Superusers will not receive an email from Registry.

Add User as Superuser

1. Enter your UAL username and password and click “Submit”

2. Click on the “Course Name” where your Role equals Superuser

3. Click on “Manage Users”

Note: You will need to email the user to let them know they have been added.

Add User as Assessor and Assign to Assessments

4. Search for the user you want to add.

1. Click on the “Course Name” where your Role equals Assessor

2. Click on “Manage Users”

3. Search for the user you want to add.

4. Select the Assessor Role and click “Add”

5. Click “Modify” next to the user name

Note: You will need to email the user to let them know they have been added and assigned to their

assessments.

3. Select all the Assessments that you would like to assign the Assessor to and click “Save”

Remove User

1. Click on the “Course Name” where the User needs to be removed from

2. Click on “Manage Users”

3. Click “Modify” next to the user name

Note: You will need to email the user to let them know they have been removed from the course.

4. Select “Remove User” to remove User from Course

Adding a Custom Assessment

1. Enter your UAL username and password and click “Submit”

2. Click on the “Course Name

3. Click “Add Custom Assessment” beneath the Unit ID.

4. Click on “Assessments”

Note: Once created you cannot delete. Please contact elearning-support@arts.ac.uk to delete this

Assessment if need be.

Publish Custom Assessment

5. Select “Formative” or “Summative” Assessment

6. Enter the “Assessment Title”, “Publish By Date” and “Hand In Date”

7. Click “Save”
