SUMMER PROGRAMS DATES & TIMESThere will be eight, one-week sessions held between May 29 & July 27. There will be no classes July 2 to July 6.
Please note that there are several classes with special start times or end times (see class descriptions for details).
CHOOSE A PLAN THAT WORKS FOR YOUStructure your own day. Choose just a morning or afternoon session or stay all day with a morning session, lunch, then join a different afternoon session. Classes are available for 3-year-old through adults. A wide variety of opportunities are available in both the morning & afternoon. Use the information on the following pages to help plan your schedule. Call the Summer Program office at (918) 879-4716 with any questions or for assistance in scheduling.
LUNCHLunch is held from 12–12:30pm. Students in four-year-old through adult may purchase lunches on a weekly basis for $30. Lunches will not be prorated by day. Please see the Holland Hall website at www.hollandhall.org for the summer lunch menu. Students may also bring their own food & drink from home. Lunch will be supervised in the Primary School & Middle School Refectory. Students with food allergies need to bring their own lunch.
SUMMER BEHAVIOR POLICYAll students enrolled in Holland Hall’s Summer Programs must behave with cooperation & respect. Inappropriate behavior, as determined by the director, may jeopardize a student’s privilege of attending.
ENTRANCE & EXITPlease enter & exit the Holland Hall campus through the main gate. All other gates will be closed. Primary School camps to drop-off & pick-up in front of the Primary School flag pole, Middle School camps in front of the Middle School circle drive, & Upper School camps in front of the Upper School main entry.
Please observe all posted speed signs & traffic signs. There will be many students on campus, & we want this to be a safe experience for everyone.
SPECIAL NOTICES• No transcript credits are given.
• Grade levels within the context of all the following materials refer to the grade the student will be in the fall of 2018.
• All children must be toilet trained. No Pull-Ups.
• Please note the building locations for your classes.

TUITIONTuition & fees are listed with each session description & on the enrollment form. Classes will not be prorated by day. Tuition & fees are non-refundable unless a course is canceled for insufficient enrollment. If that occurs, the student may either select another session, or the tuition will be refunded. Enrollment is not valid without payment.
