SUMMER PROGRAMS DATES & TIMESThere will be eight, one-week sessions held between May 29 & July 27. There will be no classes July 2 to July 6.

Please note that there are several classes with special start times or end times (see class descriptions for details).

CHOOSE A PLAN THAT WORKS FOR YOUStructure your own day. Choose just a morning or afternoon session or stay all day with a morning session, lunch, then join a different afternoon session. Classes are available for 3-year-old through adults. A wide variety of opportunities are available in both the morning & afternoon. Use the information on the following pages to help plan your schedule. Call the Summer Program office at (918) 879-4716 with any questions or for assistance in scheduling.

LUNCHLunch is held from 12–12:30pm. Students in four-year-old through adult may purchase lunches on a weekly basis for $30. Lunches will not be prorated by day. Please see the Holland Hall website at www.hollandhall.org for the summer lunch menu. Students may also bring their own food & drink from home. Lunch will be supervised in the Primary School & Middle School Refectory. Students with food allergies need to bring their own lunch.

SUMMER BEHAVIOR POLICYAll students enrolled in Holland Hall’s Summer Programs must behave with cooperation & respect. Inappropriate behavior, as determined by the director, may jeopardize a student’s privilege of attending.

ENTRANCE & EXITPlease enter & exit the Holland Hall campus through the main gate. All other gates will be closed. Primary School camps to drop-off & pick-up in front of the Primary School flag pole, Middle School camps in front of the Middle School circle drive, & Upper School camps in front of the Upper School main entry.

Please observe all posted speed signs & traffic signs. There will be many students on campus, & we want this to be a safe experience for everyone.

SPECIAL NOTICES• No transcript credits are given.

• Grade levels within the context of all the following materials refer to the grade the student will be in the fall of 2018.

• All children must be toilet trained. No Pull-Ups.

• Please note the building locations for your classes.

• Holland Hall Summer Programs Office will be closed July 2 – 6, 2018.

TUITIONTuition & fees are listed with each session description & on the enrollment form. Classes will not be prorated by day. Tuition & fees are non-refundable unless a course is canceled for insufficient enrollment. If that occurs, the student may either select another session, or the tuition will be refunded. Regardless of reason for changes, except for insufficient enrollment, a $25 processing fee will be charged per session. Payment in full is due at the time of enrollment. Enrollment is not valid without payment.

HOW TO ENROLLEnroll early – class sizes are limited & fill quickly. To assist you with a more efficient registration process you may visit www.hollandhall.org/summer. Complete the registration & emergency authorization form for each student enrolling. Enrollment is based on the date the enrollment form & payment are received in the Summer Program Office.

All students (1st - 12th Grade) attending athletic/sports camps must have had a physical within the past 13 months. Holland Hall students that do not have physicals on file with the school & all non-Holland Hall students must provide a copy of the physical with the enrollment. You may use the included physical form (pg. 32).

Send your complete enrollment form(s) & check to: Holland Hall Summer Programs 5666 E. 81st Street Tulsa, OK 74137-2099

REFUNDS/CHANGESRefunds for canceled Summer Program sessions are issued by check. Refund checks will be issued & mailed within two weeks of withdrawal. Changes in enrollment will be assessed a $25 processing fee per session.

HOW TO USE THE PLANNING CALENDARThe following planning calendars are an easy way to choose which programs your child would like to participate in during each session. Just find the correct grade (remember, grade refers to the level the student will begin in the fall of 2018), & select your favorite morning & afternoon classes for each session.

Classes with special start times or dates are noted with an asterisk (*). There are many sports camps that have special dates & times. See class descriptions for details.

After selecting classes, pull out the enrollment sheet, & fill in preferences based on the planning calendar. Please include the class code number for each week that you are enrolling.
