Overview The promotion from team member to manager or supervisor is a landmark in any career. It recognizes achievement and is an indication of the confidence that senior managers have in your potential. However, this can be daunting as managers and supervisors are expected to perform immediately, adding to the pressure. This course will provide you with an understanding of the key responsibilities and expectations of management and the practical tools to fulfil these needs.

Who is it for? This course is designed for those about to move into a management/supervisory position, and those with one year’s experience, but who have had no formal training.
