Each individual is a bundle of virtues & weakness—0f mental & moral qualities

The resulting individuality of person from this balance is his character, or at times also referred as his personality

Core qualities which are really important & which are invariably found in the character of all the outstanding leaders are three—courage, determination, initiative will power.

Conclusion

In order to develop effective strategic managers, it is helpful to understand the “ Universal inner structure of effective leaders”

The understanding can be used by the leader to improve his own potential, encourage & groom others in his organisztion to become effective leaders.

The universal inner structure of effective leaders consist several virtues of qualities & these include selflessness, character, will-power, initiative, knowledge & capacity to handle people appropriately

A good leader knows his people very well. Communication skill plays an important role in this respect. A major part of communication is listening.
