The Sin of Adam and Hawwa

So he misled them with deception. Then when they tasted of the tree, that which was hidden from them of their shame became manifest to them and they began to cover themselves with the leaves of Paradise. And their Lord called out to them (saying): "Did I not forbid you that tree and tell you: Verily, Satan is an avowed enemy unto you?"

The Exposure of Adam and Hawwa

Then they both ate of the tree, and so their nakedness (private parts) appeared to them, and they began to cover themselves with the leaves of the Paradise for their covering. Thus did Adam disobeyed his Lord, so he went astray.

The Exposure of Adam and Hawwa

O Children of Adam! We have bestowed raiment upon you to cover yourselves and as an adornment; and the raiment of righteousness, that is better. Such are among the signs of Allah, that they may remember

The Exposure of Adam and Hawwa

O Children of Adam! let not Satan seduce you, in the same manner as he got your parents out of the Garden, stripping them of their raiment, to expose their shame; for he and his tribe watch you from a position where you cannot see them: We made the Evil Ones friends (only) to those without Faith.

The Covenant172. And when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam’s loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this."173. Or lest you should say: "It was only our fathers who took others as partners in worship along with Allah, and we were (merely their) descendants after them; will You then destroy us because of the deeds of men who practiced Al-Batil (i.e. polytheism and invoking and worshipping others besides Allah)?"

But those who disbelieve and belie Our signs, such are the dwellers of the Fire. They shall abide therein forever.
