STEP BY STEP: GOOGLE CHAT INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 2: Once the Hangouts homepage is open click on “New Conversation”, type advising@rcbc.edu, and then press the Enter key.STEP 1: From your RCBC student email -
click the dots to google apps onthe top right and select “Hangouts”.
STEP 3: A chat box will open up. Enter your opening message andthen click "Send Invite" to begin the chat.
STEP 4: A member of the Advising team will respond to you in a timely manner between the hours of 9 am–5 pm Monday through Friday. We are looking forward to assisting you!
