Verifying Activity Reports

•Fill out an activity report online▫http://

starscomputingcorps.org/stars-activity-report

•Periodically check that the reports are up-to-date and correct

Log into STARS as an EA1. Log on to www.starscomputingcorps.org/user

2. Log in with your username and password (check your email)

▫ Your username will be your first and last name with no space in between. Example: MickeyMouse

▫ An e-mail was sent to you with information about logging in and setting your password

3. As an EA, you will be able to see other student’s reports, and edit them as needed. To access the reports, click on content.

4. Click on Webforms

5. Clicking on Submissions for the STARS Activity Report will allow you to see forms that were submitted.

6. You can view reports and edit them. If you click on table, you can see reports by school. Only edit reports from your school.

7. It may be easier to download and sort the reports as an Excel sheet. Click on download at the top, and then click download at the bottom.

8. Let’s say you are the EA for UNCC, and you come across this mistake. We need to edit this. Click on the submission number, and then click on the edit tab.

9. Make the appropriate change, changing North Dakota to North Carolina.

10. After making your changes, scroll down to save your edits.
