strategic sales process and client excellence programs: Marty Cohen Sales Program, Franklin Covey

• Management Training Courses included Frontline Leadership, along with some additional compliance, service and sales management courses

Personal Banker and Management Training and Development

• Small Business Specialist Training Program• Small Business Lending we trained with Small Business

Administration as we were an SBA lender.• Courses took from Small Business Administration and received

completion certificates– Marketing 101: A Guide to winning customers– Establishing Values– How to write business plan– Strategic Planning– Competitive Analysis– Technology Tools for Business– then discuss it. Some ideas include:

• Series 6 and 63 training program included the following:– Securities Compliance Training – Passed the 63 certification exam– Registered Representative training, Mutual Funds, Cash Management

accounts, and Retirement accounts – Passed the Series 6 certification exam. Tell parents when report cards and progress reports will be sent home.
