DESCRIPTION

The key to discovering SharePoint’s power, scope, and effectiveness within an organization is not in the clear cut yes and no answers but in the series of questions put to the organization and to SharePoint itself. Many times even successful SharePoint Implementations lack an open and completed conversation with the Business End User’s point of view. A key player or leader can be found in the Business Super End User. Someone who is not the classic Administrator, but is nestled just under the Admin and the End User.
