∗ Over 85% patient satisfied with the psychosocial education program and cancer patient enhance their skills and knowledge for disease management during treatment period.
∗ The first model (1) had the highest satisfaction rate and very positive feedbacks were received.
∗ It is recommended that 3 element early engagement, cross department and community interfacing is important in the patients’ journey for better enhance of self disease management.
