Step 1: Type “dcument” in the white bar as exhibit below.
Step 2: Press ENTER, the word “dcument“ has been auto-
corrected to “document“
Step 3: Press SPACEBAR to proceed to next page.

Tutorial Chapter 2: Auto Correction Everywhere (Demo in
Notepad)
At the next page, it is a tutorial to demo auto correction can
be done in Notepad.
Follow the steps in the Tutorial, or refer below for step by step
instruction:
Step 1: Press ENTER
Step 2: Type “dcument”
Step 3: Press ENTER, the word “dcument“ has been auto-
corrected to “document”
Step 4: Exit note pad (select Don’t Save)

a personalize mySignature.

Fill in the Name, Email and Designation/Organization

At the next page, follow the step below to add a Shortform to
myShortForm.

Step 2: Type “btw”
Step 3: Type “by the way”
Step 4: Press ENTER
Step 5: Press ESC
At the next page,

Step 1: Follow the instruction
at the white box, and type as
following:
“btw, pass me teh dcument
on july. ” and “mysig”

While typing, typos such as “the” and “document” have been
automatically corrected.
Shortforms added “btw” has been expanded, and myCapital
added “july” has been capitalized.

Ultimately, the “mysig” will be expanded to a complete personal
signature as customized at the page shown during DEMO 3, as
exhibit above in the red box.
