IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:

1) If they suggest the same title multiple times, this will only delay the evaluation outcome because it’s more work for the Scopus team; so please only suggest a title once

2) Current waiting times can be up to a year, due to an enormous popularity of suggested titles & further development of the STEP interface

26

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:

3) Suggesting a title does NOT mean it will get accepted; if it passes initial quality checks, it will then be sent for review

4) They need to have the PDFs of recent articles/issues ready in advance if they will fill out the long version of the form – because the form can not be completed without these, and the information already filled in will not be saved before it’s submitted (so all the work might be lost if the PDFs are not readily available)
