The author’s drawings were of a boa constrictor.
The adults were frightened by the author’s first drawing.
The adults told the author to stop drawing because he had no talent.
The author drew the second drawing because the adults did not
understand his first drawing.
Because the adults did not like his drawings, the author grew up to
become a pilot.
After showing his drawings to the adults, he has concluded that children
and adults think the same way.
The author feels happy that the adults do not understand his drawings.
The author is trying to tell us that adults do not think the same way as
children do.
By the time the author is a grown up, he changes his mind about what
he thinks of adults.
