control at the same time, thus eliminating the need for additional external CPU for I/O control.
Max. 32 Channel digital Input/Output support. Support for Analog Input/Output via connection to external A/D converter. The API for EtherCAT/CC-Link IE/Modbus/TCP communication and I/O control
is provided by Renesas without warranty.
Features EtherCAT communication can be achieved with conventional slave device
connected to the serial interface or the parallel interface. The API for EtherCAT communication and serial / parallel communication
processing is provided by Renesas without warranty. The sample software provided by Renesas includes
CiA402 drive profile for motor drive devices ETG.5003 device profiles for semiconductor manufacturing devices.
