– The impact of the literature has fallen:• It has lowered the number of citations per paper (20% below average)• Very low impact on the region itself

– There are more magazines in the WOS• But their presence is not consistent with participation in other indicators

(GDP, population ...)– There is a reduced international cooperation– No it is using the common language
