So right off the bad you know this Academy based RP is going to be different. It’s in the name after all.

Rules

• The rules are simple.• Don’t be a bitch if you don’t wanna be

smacked.• Um…• I mean…• Here’s the rules…

General Rules

• Semiliterate roleplay -> This means this roleplay is made of two things, roleplaying in Para form and reblogging & Action form roleplay. However, Para is the main focus here.

• RP blogs need to have; Name of the Faceclaim/Character. Species, a link to the academy, and a picture of the face claim. Make sure your theme supports this.

• Recommended are pages with the personality and background, a page with the classes and a page with the plots/paragraph style roleplaying neatly organized.

• RP blogs have to be primary blogs. No side blogs from personals! • A Para example is required to join this roleplay. • Para replies have a minimum of two every week• This is an open roleplay. But we do want that your main focus is on our family

members! • Minimum OOC age to join here: 16 years old.• M rated roleplay• Please always have an open askbox. • Have an open submit box• No difficult questions for the admin before she had her coffee.• Lying about your OOC identity to the admin or the members here will result in you

being kicked out. • It is not allowed to advertise for other roleplays with your IA account. • Don’t ask to be admin. It’s obnoxious, especially if you’re a newer member.

ON THE DASH [ IC ]

• Meme’s are only allowed on Sundays, with the exception to drabble meme’s which are allowed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

• On Sundays (GMT +1) it is “Bullshit Sunday” This means you can reblog memes and M!A’s. Not that you can misbehave like morons.

• Please limit your photo reblogs to 10 every day. Photo reblogs have to be linked to your character in a way.

• Talking and roleplaying with people outside the Academy is okay, however family comes first. • This roleplay is rated M. If you can’t handle that, please do not join.• M material contains smut (sexual content) But also mature themes like drugs, murder, rape,

self harm etc. This said, this roleplay will not only focus on porn or smut. It’s just an addition. • Also, ALL M THEMES NEED TO BE TAGGED FOR TRIGGERS. Selfharm or rape or extreme gore

pictures are not allowed. Trigger tags could be for example: “Trigger: Selfharm” or Trigger: BDSM”

• Please communicate in English.• This roleplay is AU, this means you don’t have to act like the celebrity you portray. However

if you established a character stick to it. • IC Angst & drama is encouraged. • Do not talk to IA blogs that are not accepted yet. Someone is accepted only after the post

that says something like “Please welcome ….. to our Insolitus Family” and in which dorm they room.

• Welcome each new character with at least one of your characters. Whether it is IC or OOC doesn’t matter.

PARA ON THE DASH

• Para is always in third person, except diary/journal entries.• para’s have a minimum of 7 lines of text, any less is not considered a

para reply.• Reblog para and action rp as text, not as link.• Para has to be written in correct (as much as you can manage) English.• Smut para is allowed. Tag it with “nsfw”. Read more’s are optional, not

a must. • Know your place! That said I mean with that. If in a para something

happens, it is vital to roleplay according to where it happened. For example: If two characters kiss in a deserted ally. NO ONE WILL KNOW UNTIL SOMEONE TELLS. Please keep this in mind.

• Character death/suicide is always discussed with admin before applying.

• Changing your character’s race? ( For example Human to vampire, Human to spirit or Angel to fallen?) Notify Admin! You can not change your character’s race within the first month of joining.

• Sending IC hate is allowed but, if the player of the ‘victim’ asks publicly to stop, you stop.

ON THE DASH [ OOC ]

• OOC is allowed but keep it within boundaries. We have a rule of a MAX of 5 OOC posts a day.

• Selca’s & OOC posts are always submitted under read more. Some people don’t like it to know who someone is ooc, let them live in the dream. Always tag OOC posts with ooc. OOC Selca’s have to be you, not someone else. If you are not comfortable with your own photo’s don’t post selca’s at all.

• Ooc bitching, bullying, ignoring and general being an ass is not allowed.• If you have a problem with another roleplayer in the family try to solve it,

please notify me (the admin) if you can’t fix it or if you feel like you have a problem. I am here for you.

• Keep IC and OOC feelings and arguments as much separated as possible. Do not take ic behavior ooc. try to separate them and talk to the other roleplayers about your feelings before things get too complicated.

• Do not blame someone OOC for IC behavior. • Long ooc conversations go through askbox/MSn etc. Not on the dash. • Do not force your plots or ideas upon another character or roleplayer. Do not

force a couple/ship upon another person. • Sending ooc anon hate messages is not allowed. If we find out you did this to

our members you will be kicked out without question• Please inform the admin when you receive hate.

So you think your RP admin is awesome?

• The admin of IA runs the RP on the solo.• She creates all the events herself• She makes new races• She runs the rp herself, I had to repeat that, I mean do

you realize what she does? – Monthly activity checks– Reviewing all applications– Adding new characters – Runs her own accounts– Up hears the rules of the rp– And deals with whiney people and haters.

Just a side note.

• I don’t speak for everyone in IA.• But I want to take a moment to point out that I’m

always amazed at how amazing Admin is.• Every time I’ve spoken to her, she’s been sweet and

kind and understanding. She is a hard worker, and she is dedicated.

• IA is her brainchild, and she has done an amazing job taking care of it, and she’s not done yet

• Admin, you’re amazing keep up the hard work you adorable bright star you!
