Questionnaire Feedback

• We created a questionnaire for feedback on our 3 different products. We gave 8 class members our questionnaire for them to fill out. This was the questionnaire:

1. After watching 5 minutes of our documentary, would you want to continue watching the rest of it?

You can see here that the results show that everybody in the class would watch our documentary after the first 5 minutes.

2. How interesting was our documentary to watch?

You can see here from the questionnaire results that only one member of the class found our documentary ‘boring’. The rest found it interesting.

3.What did you like best about our documentary?

You can see the results are very mixed in what people thought was interesting in our documentary. This is good as is a variety of ideas.

4. Did you think our title sequence was relevant to our topic?

You can see from the results that everybody in the class thought our title sequence linked to the topic of phobias.

5. Did you think our music bed is relevant to the documentary?

YesNo

You can see from the results that everybody thought our music bed ‘The XX-Intro’ was relevant to the topic.

6. Do you think our cutaways are relevant to the theme of phobias?

The results clearly show that only one person from our feedback thinks our cutaways are not relevant.

7. Do you think our interviews were of good quality?

You can see from the results above that the majority of the class found our interviews to be of a good quality, only one thought they were okay.

8. What was your opinion of the voiceover?

The results clearly show that everybody agreed our voiceover was clear and precise, a positive to the documentary/radio trailer.

From the results in the pie chart, it states that the class was mixed about the opinions of the slogan.

10. After listening to our radio trailer, would you want to watch our documentary?

The results here show that only one person would not watch the documentary after listening to the radio trailer.

Our results find that everybody in the class thinks our radio trailer links to the documentary, a positive for us.

12. Does the voiceover in the radio trailer tell you everything you need to know?

There are mixed opinions in this feedback, only 6 people thought the voiceover told them everything they need to know. 2 other students felt it didn’t.

13. Do you think our print advert is relatable to our documentary?

From the feedback given, everybody in the class agreed our print advert was relatable to our documentary of phobias.

Everybody from our feedback agrees our print advert links to the theme of phobias.

15. Do you think the colours used in the print advert relate to our documentary?

You can see from the results that people have different views on the colour scheme.

16. Would you say our print advert looks like a traditional Channel 4 print advert?

From the results, everybody agreed our print ad looks like a traditional Channel 4 one, a positive for our product.

17. What would you say we had to improve in our documentary?

The results show mixed opinions on the improvements. Mise-en-scene was vital for us and camerawork.
