Intelligent air utilisation Compressed air passes a ring nozzle thus creating a vacuum within the suction tube. This vacuum systema-tically sucks off dry and slightly oily particles, abrasions and short chips instead of redistributing them via an uncontrollable compressed air blast.

Contents
These nozzles provide a constant suction air flow at machines, installations and production lines.
The Vac-Blast Cleaner removes and effectively sucks off virtually inaccessible particles from recesses and bore holes.
The Aerosol Suction Cleaner systematically sucks off moist particles such as short metal chips during thread cutting.

Brief description
The Suction Gun SP 14 is ideal to remove non-toxic particles and short chips with a precise suction mechanism. It functions according to the Venturi principle: Compressed air passes a ring nozzle thus creating a vacuum within the suction tube. The incoming air conducts transports the particles and chips towards the exhaust air hose. Suction performance may be regulated infinitely via a hand lever. Different brushes, nozzles and filters are available as an option. The Suction Gun may be used for a wide variety of different industry applications.

Brief description
The suction nozzle FD.. has been designed for the integration into machines, complete installations and production lines. It may be run continuously without any maintenance works. There are two bore holes to mount the nozzle to existing appliances. You may remove rubbed-off parts, short chips or dust particles.
The nozzle functions according to the Venturi principle: Compressed air passes a ring nozzle thus creating a vacuum within the suction tube. The incoming air transports the parti-cles and chips towards the exhaust air hose.
Two types of this suction nozzle are available. FD 10 with a suction tube diameter of 10 mm and FD 14 with a suction tube of 14 mm. The latter may also be equipped with a variety of brushes and nozzles that may be put onto the suction tube.

Brief description
The Vac-Blast Cleaner BS 14/ MS 14 is ideal to remove non-toxic particles and short chips with a precise suction mechanism. The suction air flow functions according to the Venturi principle: Compressed air passes a ring nozzle thus creating a vacuum within the suction tube. The incoming air transports the particles and chips towards the exhaust air hose and the debris container.
If you press the button at the vac-blast unit, an additional compressed air jet will be activated. This jet will be able to loosen persistent contamina-tions on surfaces or stuck particles within blind holes.
Different brushes, nozzles and filters are available as an option. The Vac-Blast Cleaner may be used for a wide variety of different industry applications including Clean Room applications.

Aerosol Suction Cleaner MS 15 MB 2
Brief description
The Aerosol Suction Cleaner MS 15 MB 2 is ideal to remove moist particles, e.g. short metal chips during thread cutting. The sucking effect of the Aerosol Suction Cleaner MS 15 MB 2 is brought about by changing the position of a ball valve at the compressed air supply line.
The suction air flow functions according to the Venturi principle: Compressed air passes a ring nozzle thus creating a vacuum within the suction tube. The incoming air transports the particles and chips via the exhaust air hose to the debris container.
There is an aluminium filter housing on top of the debris container. It contains three fine filters for the separation of aerosols.
Different brushes, nozzles and filters are available as an option. The Aerosol Suction Cleaner may be used for a wide variety of different industry applications.
